Lesson 2.8 - Raining Bullets

TowerDevenseCSharp_v2_8.exe · This is compile four, just finished lesson 2.8 enemy bullets raining down from the sky.  Timer function.  Fixed some pathing issues with how I structured it, and corrected some version differences (4.3 to 4.4.1) .
