Hey everyone! 0.1.07 is now live, and here are some combat and character changes:
Sigvar:
Fennwick
Fennwick got a much needed face lift away from the stock RPG Maker assets. There was a lot of confusion about his role in the group. My main idea is to have him act as one of the healers of the group throughout the story but take more of a Cleric/Ranger type of deal if we are looking at it on D&D terms. An example would be Rosa given if you set her up with a Zodiac bow and some good ol Artemis Arrows, she can rack up some damage. Eventually if he is not healing, he will be using special bow attacks or debuffing the enemy. Here are some changes added in the new update:
Alva
Alva got a much needed addition to her spell list in addition to a nice face lift as well. Here's some additions to our Forgetful mage:
Other changes
Being a solo dev and this being your first game is pretty tough. All the same the fact of the matter is the game is slowly approaching the size that I'll need to speak with Itch.io support to raise my file limit size. If they are unable to, then that means the game will have to be put on steam. Since steam charges a non refundable fee to list your game, Early Access is going to be priced accordingly. There is also a Patreon up now for the project where you can subscribe to have an even more direct impact on the game which can be found here:

Proposed Steam Pricing Structure:
V0.3-V0.5 $4.99USD
V0.6-V0.9 $9.99USD
V1.0+ $14.99
The Demo will always remain free even post 1.0
Our next Blog post will be tomorrow showcasing the first area post the demo, "Encordia Sewers." There's been strange disappearances for weeks now and Sigvar and his friends have been tasked with finding out what's going on. Brynjar won't be around to bail them out this time but supposedly, Torren, the fist of Encordia is also assisting the guild but HQ has lost contact with him for a few hours now. While this area wont be a Mystery Dungeon like the Realm of the Forest Guardian, The complex twists and turns will prove to be a gauntlet of attentiveness as well as a test of strength while you try to fend off the monsters lurking beneath the city streets. How could monster's get this close to town?
