Teamcrafter - New demo fix update !

Bug fixes

• Tutorial breaks when talking to Archer and/or Swordmaster too early.
• Tutorial breaks when crafting shield before sleeping.
• Archer quest label bug (show tr call instead of translated value).
• The main quest is freezing because of the wrong step instructions given by Halice.
• The teleport portal in the hub cannot select the swamp after it has just been unlocked.
• Delivery quest steps count as still done after you sold the items.

New stuff

• Added a border around  gathering nodes' life bars.
• New UI skin for life bars in fight UI.
