Tiny patch - if the clock is glitchy for you

Hey everyone, 

Some people have reached out that the clock UI is glitchy for them. I dont know why this happens and couldn't reproduce it on my computer yet.

I just added a toggle in the options menu to turn off the clock if you are experiencing issues. 

I will fix the issue as soon as possible, if you have experienced it, please give me as detailed feedback as possible so I can figure out why this is happening!
