Sector Space
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

    Added mine fields.

    Added another ship line.

    Added colony destruction item.

    Added colony take-over item.

    Added Xeno missiles and rifle rounds.

    Added printed missiles and rifle rounds.

    Added ammo printers.

    Added armor repair and shield boosting consumable items.

    Added market inflation value, slightly offsets market prices in each sector to encourage trading.

    Added damage soak stat to armor and shields, deducts a fixed amount of incoming damage.

    Added deployable jump gates, jump gate crafting recipes, and gate component parts to loot tables.

    Added more pre-generated star systems.

    Added NPC kill counter to allow for mission kill counting.

    Added light variation of dark nebula.

    Added junk clusters, can be mined for junk.

    Added ship wrecks, can be mined for chance to gain materials and gear.

    Changes to RNG of world generation.

    Changed layout of Fitting tab in Station Window.

    Changed Fitting tab name to Manage in Station Window.

    Changed names of many item modifiers and their bonus values.

    Changes to the back-end of Item class, code refactoring, clean up, and some optimizations.

    Changed ship sprite rendering from snapped angle 16 directional to smoothed angle difference.

    Changed abandoned and passive target color to light purple to be more visible against planets and asteroids.

    Extended aggression timer for player with police faction from 1 minute to 30 minutes.

    Extended aggression timer for NPC with police faction from 1 minute to 5 minutes.

    Fixed updating ship stats causing weapons to not fire.

    Fixed market trends clipping their values, normalized to max.

    Fixed police aggression being forgiven on exit to main menu.

    Fixed critical hits being calculated after damage reduction checks.

    Fixed bug where dragging an item could act as a double click.

    Fixed crashed caused by MapMarker being null outside of playable area.

    Fixed weapon turrets not shaking visually with the ship hull on hit.

    Fixed suns in nebula overriding radar noise.

    Fixed description of extracted modifier items.

    Fixed unique protected star systems sometimes being the wrong tier.

    Fixed engine bug with internal windows would disappear when bringToFront() is called too often.

    Fixed station window refreshing for factories not on stations.

    Fixed abandoned NPC stations having weapons equipped.

    Fixed some bosses spawning with tier 0-1 gear in tier 6-7 areas.

    Ownership of a sector now only requires a colony with 50% population.

    Optimized device updates on ship hulls.

    Order that stacked bonuses apply has changed.

    Player owned stations can now have their name changed in the Fitting menu.

    Player owned stations now have a Dry Dock tab by default.

    Population percentage is now shown on planet overlay.

    Reduced jump drive timer to 5 seconds.

    Reduced drive jump ranges.

    Removed asteroid ore from ruin drops.

    Updated more item icons.
