Patch 7 needed to happen fast!

Whoops, I just finished my new patch! Patch uhhh, 7 maybe now?    

• Custom Eye Color 
• Controls Menu (View only for now)
• Easy way out of a certain NPC area
• NPCs now face you
• Fixed a bunch of spawning bugs and crashes.
