Big new update!
Now that I can make changes to the game, I managed to put together an update to more closely align Don't Perceive Me with the original vision I had.
Here are the list of changes I made:
- Fixed progression bugs,
- Day 15 is no longer a softlock
- Blockers now appear only on the correct days.
- Added win screen
- Fixed oddities with tilemap in the environment
- Making sure walls are correct
- Adding floors beneath walls in relevant areas
- Adjusted the light occluders on walls
- Navigation adjustments for the Monsters
- Zoomed in the camera
- Increased player walk speed a little
- Increased monster chase speed
- Decreased time it takes for monsters to start chasing
- Fixed pause menu not interacting
- Adjusted some monster behaviours
- Fixed audio and music: Now when you mute, it actually mutes.
- Removed lights from tasks
- Adjusted player light occluder
- Adjusted player lights
- Made the preview in the disguise segment bigger
- Adjusted background of the disguise segment for increased clarity
I hope that these won't be the end to the changes overall, but at the very least the game is now functioning.
