Burn Team, version 4!

We kicked and hammered at the combat mechanics to give you more options and tactical choices in fights. We also improved the rules for items and Complications. 

A big thank you goes to our playtesters, who fought (and in some cases, died (well, their Heroes did)) to bring you these improved rules.

We hope you'll enjoy the changes.
