TL;DR: A wrong build was briefly online. Sorry! The correct v1.1 files are now live with fixed skin weights and polished animations.

Skin Weights: cleaner bends (shoulders/arms/legs) and fewer distortions
Animations:
tighter loop seams (first/last frame match)
better root alignment (less drift)
reduced foot sliding on walk/run/crouch
minor timing polish on jump/stop
Exports/Setup: small cleanup; .OBJ download included
Re-download from your itch.io Library (no repurchase needed).
In-engine refresh:
Unreal: right-click asset → Reimport
Unity: select model in Project → Reimport
Skeleton unchanged (37 bones); clip names unchanged
No breaking changes for existing projects
