With more eyes being on ParaTech than ever, I've had a lot more time to get feedback on weapons and systems on the licenses. As such, a lot of licenses have had their weapons overhauled, moved around, or completely changed. Luckily most systems have stayed the same, barring some wording changes.
With two heavy melees already in the license, I figured giving you a third main at LL2 felt underwhelming even with the overshield gimmick. Instead, I decided to fill a gap in PTI's weaponry - a cannon! Siege specialist is a very solid talent free for melee characters, especially with Impact at Rank 2. I think the Chariot can make some good use out of it.
She is ✨perfect✨. No changes other than Doc to LCP Parity for wording.
The Hanged man is quite the simple frame, and as such as had literally no changes. That's pretty neat!
The Hierophant was in an interesting place. With so many ways to inflict impairment, having a weapon that does the same felt like overkill. Instead, flash missiles got an overhaul to be an Auxiliary Launcher that can have its attacks originate from your drones.
Surge nexus has been getting a lot of changes recently, so hopefully this is the last time. This time, I reduced the damage but increased the knockback, allowing for more movement without the need for talents or mods (not that there are many mods for Nexus weapons that give knockback).
Luckily, the Magician is in a very good spot despite its traits. However, it did gets some changes to its frame stats to allow it to better make use of the new Disintegration Rifle.
The Fool's Prayer Nexus continues to be a problem child, because who could have guessed that a vanilla Seeking nexus would be a problem. It has been reverted to its pre "trying to be a support weapon" state, but got a minor change to increase its range but give it Ordnance.
