ViperLOOP Post GMTK Game Jam
Well, well, well. What do we have here? A fairly massive update following the GMTK Game Jam!
“What have they added?” you might be asking.
- Easy mode (this is what we had for the GMTK Game Jam)
- Medium mode introduces a new enemy type, The Red Diamond, that can move diagonally and is much faster than the Red Square
- Hard mode introduces walls with narrow paths for the Viper to teleport through
- The ability to destroy enemies by “looping” around them
- Viper dies if they run into themselves
- Enemies indicate before they move, where they will move
- Slight screen shake added on pickup collection
- Slightly MORE screen shake when hit by an enemy
- The ability to play on mobile web with swipe controls
That’s about all I can remember adding in, but who knows…
