GMTK 2025 Post Mortem

96 hours is not a lot of time. Set aside all time for work, rest, and survival i didn't have nearly as much time to develop as i thought i would. If i take away anything, its that time management is key. 
With that said i spend the time i had very well. Had my main mechanic prototype working within the first 12 hours. It was just really bad. It was decent progress , however way too much time was spend towards setting up mechanics that would be added unfinished and not finishing basic elements like a main menu, enemies, or even respawning. I spend the last 6 hours making it an actual playable product. It was a stressful morning that could've been avoided... 

Will be avoided next time.

Regardless it was a good year and i made something I'm really proud of and actually will continue working on. Ill make Unwind a more complete package with the time i now have.
