v0.1.0.2 - Tutorial + Ambient Town SFX

Hi everyone, 

A quick little update, just a few additions.

• Further tooltips added. 
• Have started on a little tutorial system (at the moment it just gives some pointers on your first turn).
• Have added some ambient town sound FX  (which increases/decreases volume as you zoom in/out, which i quite like coding).

Any feedback welcome, especially on the tooltips and tutorial. I'm aware that learning a new games GUI can be quite tricky without help, so any pointers appreciated.
