Tutorial and Inventory Bugfixes

It wouldn't be a true project without some bugfixes!

Users reported that the inventory widget was showing up during the logo screen - that has been fixed. 

Users also reported that using the tutorial before gameplay starts was broken - This seems to be related to how EgoVenture (our point and click framework) loads it's various components at the game start.  It's now been set so that the player can access the tutorial after a game has started or been loaded, but not before. I hope to fix this behavior more later, but this will work for now so that the game doesn't crash.

Finally, I realized that the tutorial was using the placeholder art for Juniper! I went back and retook those screenshots so that you can see Juniper in all her butch glory all throughout the game.
