Yesterday, the same group that pushed action against nsfw games on steam took on itch.io, resulting in many games getting banned and nsfw games currently being delisted from the platform, hopefully temporarily.

As a NSFW game dev myself, this is a very troublesome situation which puts my work at risk.
If you are from the US, I am strongly recommending you to sign this ACLU Petition in order to fight back.
