#Vevek #Disconnected Soul #Announcement
After a few trials and tribulations, I've got two great artists I've teamed up with for two separate projects! Both of these games are planned to have public demos released in the coming months. From here on out you'll be seeing periodic updates for these projects on my Patreon. Let's get into it:
Let's start with a Visual Novel! Vevek's Curiosity is a story about a young and motivated guild recruit who will do whatever he can to establish himself in the Rosethorn Mercenary Guild. Along the way he his curiosity will prove to cause a few issues for himself... it's not helping that two of his Guild Masters are catching his eye --- while he's catching theirs.
This VN will be a somewhat linear short story with two main paths. It's currently planned to have at least 8 full-sized CGs and a detail-focused fantasy art direction. Along with a small plethora of sprites and tertiary art, there will be plenty to ogle your eyes at! Check out the artist, N0US! (NSFW Warning)
Oh, and of course we'll have a scalie focus for this one. Dragons and lizards? Count me in!
Now, here's a bitta zany stuff! This will be my first venture into RPGMaker and tell you what, there are a lot of plugins to experiment with. Disconnected Soul is an RPG about feline who finds himself in a strange temple, completely unsure of his past, or how important it actually is. The world around him seems full of corruption and deviancy, and for some reason he is immune to it.
This game wont be too terribly different than other NSFW RPGMaker projects, but it'll include a few unique takes! Be ready for sexually deviant enemies and a protagonist that, at the end of the day, is entirely for it. The art direction is a lot more relaxed compared to the other project, which gives us a lot of room for experimentation in themes!
Check out the artist, Azhin! (NSFW Warning)
On this one I'm really branching out... the protagonist is a feline for crying out loud! On the plus side, I'm doing the mapping, so even if I can't draw for the life of me, I get to have a different creative outlet when the mechanical stuff starts to wear down on me :P
For both projects, the current plan is to release a public demo and then be the finished version be for-purchase afterwards. Patrons will have instant access upon full release, but these will also be available for a small purchase on Itch.
