Scheduling was handled by out product manager Sean. He would often and usually be the one to rally the team together to have a meeting. We have scheduled meetings every week that we often shift by an hour or two due to different team members having different events in their lives. Usually everyone attends the meetings, I have been unable to make on of the meetings due to my job.
We then as a group give each other deadlines for when a certain piece of work has to be completed. i.e. Sunday night at 10pm, this person must have this portion completed.
