Hey everyone!
First of all, I'm sorry for my silence — it's been quite the year.
I made a Tumblr post some time ago that discussed some medical issues I was experiencing. And I'd like to provide an update for both platforms.
So, I tried writing, but my brain just wouldn't cooperate (it's like a shut-off button gets pressed, or like hitting a mental wall — it's a very peculiar feeling). My migraines come and go, but the fatigue has been relentless. Most of what I managed was some coding, and I know that isn't much to share.
The good news is they finally found a piece of the puzzle: an autoimmune disease. I'm okay, not dying, and I'm relieved to finally have a plan of action for something after months of appointments and back and forth. Treatment will mostly be medication for now, and it could take 2–3 months to fully take effect (and one of the targets is fatigue, yesssss!). It doesn't explain everything, but it's a good start, and I'm hopeful some things will improve sooner as we plan the next steps.
In the meantime, I've had a lot of time to think about changes I'd like to make in the story, and I'll share more on that in the future.
For now, I just want to say how much I deeply appreciate your patience and support. I hope you still believe in me and my stories ♥
