Hey everyone! 👋
I’ve been working on a new project, a fast-paced, chaotic shopping game where you race a shopping cart through the aisles, grabbing items before the timer runs out.
The idea is simple:
✅ Collect groceries to keep the clock ticking
⏱ Every item adds a bit more time
🤖 Dodge NPCs and supermarket hazards (turrets, oil spills, mop bots… you never know what’s waiting in the next aisle!)
It’s built as an endless run loop, so the longer you survive, the harder it gets. The goal is to keep pushing your best run and see how far you can make it before time runs out.
I wanted to create something light, silly, and fun to replay, the kind of game you can play for a few minutes, then jump back in to try and beat your own score. Think of it as everyday shopping turned into arcade chaos.
Right now, I’m focusing on:
🚛 Making the cart feel smooth and responsive
🧽 Adding more hazards and NPC behavior
✨ Polishing visuals so the store feels alive
I’d love feedback!
What hazards would YOU want to dodge in a supermarket game?
Should the cart feel more arcade-y (snappy and tight) or more physics-based (wobbly but fun)?
Drop your thoughts in the comments — I’m listening 👂
Thanks for checking out my project, and stay tuned for more updates!
