This game was lovely to play! I loved the animated emotions the sprites had, and their art is really nice. I had to make sure I replayed through Kalei's route though after playing Geist's route as I wanted to leave them on a happy note!
This game was so amazing! It really put into perspective how it would feel if someone spoke to us the way we speak to ourselves at times. I really really enjoyed it! The art, cinematography and voice acting were all stunning! You're also incredibly good at audio! Each scene really just takes you in, especially on the audio side! Really loved it!

Hey! Sorry for the bother, but when I open the game menu it shows an error. All the sprites within the game are like that as well, otherwise it works totally fine! It may be my computer because I am using an app to update my OpenGL driver to 3.3 (on windows) But this is what it shows and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do about it?
DANG that's an incredibly funky look, I don't think I've ever seen a bug like that...it seems like the animated sprites are not being rendered correctly. My best guess is that there's an incompatibility between the animation software I use (Spine) and the app you're using to update your drivers, I'm sorry 😭 I really don't have any guesses for how to fix this!
I cannot lie this game most certainly did make me tear up a few times, but oh my stars it was beautifully written, the art was stunning, and the voice acting was amazing!!!

I really loved at the end finally being able to tell Geist off! It was freeing almost like being in a dessert and completely thirsty and finally being able to drink some cold water. To make things even better Kalei is such a sweetheart and genuinely cares for us as either a friend or a possible romantic interest.
I definitely cannot wait to play more works by you in the future and I will definitely check out your other games as well!

Aww I'm sorry to hear that 😢 yeah, I looked it up and unfortunately the game engine that I use just doesn't support versions of OpenGL older than 3.3 - I would need to use a version of the game engine that's quite a bit older to be compatible. ugh this looks so good! I'm so mad I can't play it because im on mac- no matter what I do, even when I use the itch.io app It says the app quit unexpectately or that its damaged.
Are you on Monterey? Unfortunately the game doesn't work on Monterey for some reason (and unfortunately I don't have a Monterey device to test 🥲)...other than that, have you tried opening the game through the official itch app? That can fix some of the issues.

hii I like the game so far but there's an issue with it, it doesn't continue no matter what I do after the game says "I'm looking forward to Monday" i've tried everything but none of it it worked so far i'm on windows btw
Oh, strange! It's possible that the files were corrupted; you also need to click a few times at that point to progress. You might want to try redownloading the game + deleting the save file and starting fresh (you can do that by navigating to the settings and choosing "Delete save").
If that doesn't work, I've uploaded a save file here for you that continues starting from that line:
And put the file there; make sure to overwrite the previous file and don't change the filename. The name is len with they/them pronouns; I hope that's okay! The player has 2 KP in this file, so you can access both endings using it; if you need any help consult the guide linked in the devlogs!
Navigate to "This PC," and then navigate through the folders as I described, starting with your C drive (each new folder is separated by "\". You may have to enable hidden folders to access the AppData folder (Google in order to do this). When you find the MINDMINDMIND folder, drop the file in there and overwrite the current save.
so i've did exactly that and the file is in the game but when i try to load it my screen goes black,i even tapped on continue but my screen went black again
A bit of a tangent comment, but I wanted to say how much I loved the game. It took me a while to find out what Geist really was doing lurking around, but as I played some more I realized what he is supposed to actually mean. Once finding out, it made me realize too how long it took me to realize I have anxiety like this and how bad it can get at times. It's nice having someone like Kalei in your life to help you fight away your own Geist. I love the way the game was written and the words that were to describe somethings did catch me off guard here and there. I wish we were able to have some more content with Kalei, but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy our moments talking about a silly dog movie <3

geist a completely crazy bastard and i love him for that, he managed to make me to give him the bird multiple times. managed get all the scenes and the two endings were a reflectance of the two male love interests.

This is so unfair, it's terrible (is it tho?) enough that he's SO FUCKING FINE- HIM PULLING UP WITH THAT VOICE (bye i couldn't stop giggling and punching any unfortunate plushie nearby whenever he spoke). Geist makes me bitter but I can't help but be attracted to him. I literally have to remind myself consistently that bro's a red flag. Ngl, there are moments where I literally shouted at the screen because of him and let out loud annoyed groans. Idk why but I thought of an obnoxious parrot or peacock while he was speaking at some point of my gameplay (i ended up laughing at my own stupid thought)
I laughed so much whenever the blond (unfortunately very attractive) peacock was proven wrong. At some angle, I do see where he's coming from but nevertheless, it's still wrong.
KALEI. Oh my god, he's so Golden Retriever coded I can't. The moment we started talking to him, I wanted to grab him and aggressively pet him (i don't wanna sound like a harasser or anything he's just cute okay ;-;) He's quite comforting too, and I'd love to be close to him or people like him :33
The program was really smooth. I enjoyed the designs of the BGs, characters, and even the animation of text boxes and such. I LOVED the fact that you could see the character's animated reactions while speaking to us. I loved the backgrounds, they're pretty (ik they're just regular places but I still can't help but appreciate your work, Chattercap.)
Oh, I also wanted to thank you, Chattercap. I have multiple friends who have social anxiety. Although I've learned and do my best to understand and help them with the situations that they face, there are still some aspects that I don't understand. According to them, it's quite an accurate depiction of what they face every day. I think, I understand them better because of this game. :))
Sorry for rambling tho, I just got invested in every detail of the game! This is amazing work, I hope to play more of your games in the future! The VAs who worked with you also did fantastic ^^

I laughed so much whenever the blond (unfortunately very attractive) peacock was proven wrong. At some angle, I do see where he's coming from but nevertheless, it's still wrong.
KALEI. Oh my god, he's so Golden Retriever coded I can't. The moment we started talking to him, I wanted to grab him and aggressively pet him (i don't wanna sound like a harasser or anything he's just cute okay ;-;) He's quite comforting too, and I'd love to be close to him or people like him :33
The program was really smooth. I enjoyed the designs of the BGs, characters, and even the animation of text boxes and such. I LOVED the fact that you could see the character's animated reactions while speaking to us. I loved the backgrounds, they're pretty (ik they're just regular places but I still can't help but appreciate your work, Chattercap.)
Oh, I also wanted to thank you, Chattercap. I have multiple friends who have social anxiety. Although I've learned and do my best to understand and help them with the situations that they face, there are still some aspects that I don't understand. According to them, it's quite an accurate depiction of what they face every day. I think, I understand them better because of this game. :))
Sorry for rambling tho, I just got invested in every detail of the game! This is amazing work, I hope to play more of your games in the future! The VAs who worked with you also did fantastic ^^

I am glad that you simultaneously attracted and enraged by him, that was indeed the intended reaction 🙏 (though I have to give MOST of the credit to his VA, who really made him so much more likeable than he had any right to be...)
