Either way - Caught by a Spider is a pretty fun little game. Spider herself has a lovely design, and the invisible "hearts" system determining the ending is quite interesting - as is the ambiguity as to wether or not she truly is a spider, or it's all in your head. Interesting stuff!
This was so cute! Had this installed for ages and finally got around to playing it. I really liked Spider and I'd love to see more of her, she definitely balanced well between adorable and creepy (kind of love her more 'spider-like' form, not gonna lie I was hoping to flirt with her looking like that). There was a surprising amount of variety with the choices and I like how your interactions all the way through affect the ending. So much work in such a short game, I really enjoyed exploring each different option. Great work, can't wait to see what else you come out with.

Somehow her character has made me a little kinder towards spiders too, congrats on half-curing arachnophobia~

For context, I am in the first year of a master's degree in Literary Translation and Edition in Lyon, and over the year we have to take part into ten professional or cultural activities related to translation or edition. i watched manlybadasshero play this. and you know what? i’d speak with spider on character.ai. that’s the highest possible form of praise i can give to a character. good job.
I did two sessions and since it starts with you being woken up I asked about breakfast both times.
The first instance Spider teased if I wanted to start with dessert first and I played along and she immediately jumped me proceeded by the chat struggling to find approved responses.
The second I actually had to give up. Again I asked about breakfast and we began eating together this time. Spider made me French toast and coffee.... The moment I took a sip of the coffee she proceeds to ask how I'm feeling and she admits to having put an aphrodisiac in my cup! 😆
are there any more animations like this one below? I'd love to put them onto wallpaper engine (with your permission of course) I think the one with the neutral ending could look incredibly pretty if it was animated similarly to this one
(P.S I love the game and would love to see a prequel or sequel in the future can't wait for more works of art like this masterpiece to come out ❣️)
