I'm having a problem where all the animations in the game won't play it is either a still image or a black screen. does anyone know how to fix this? I tried restarting my pc but that didn't work and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling thee game.
I've never heard of this issue on PC before... it sounds like your drivers are out of date, and they're unable to read the .webm files. Make sure your OS is fully updated and your video drivers are all up to date. I can't point you towards the necessary resources, I'm afraid, as I don't know your PC's specs.
Who's the girl with the sword in college? It seems to appear only at the very beginning of college and when and after the finals, when you arrange checks.

She appears randomly throughout the college during Act Two. If you get the college to max authority then you'll have a chance to meet her (and the Quiet Girl) again and uncover their mysteries in Act Three. It's not in the game yet, though :)
I played your game for a long time, completed the game at that time to the end of the plot (to the church) and would like to ask whether in future versions there will be a skipping of parts that have already been completed a long time ago? or is it already there?
There's no skipping function as there are thousands and thousands of variables and it would take all my time to make (and players about 30 minutes to click through all the "did you do X, Y or Z" options). If it doesn't exist in AAA games, assume it doesn't exist in games made by a solo dev ;)
There's also no reason to skip, usually. Your saves are automatically transferred to each new version so you can just pick up where you left off.
I just don’t have a very good phone and there is no free space on it to store the game until the next update, I would store it if I had a computer or more memory on the phone

I have got an unrelated question, actually (It was ages ago since I started the game, so if there is an instruction, I don't remember it), does awaken/shatter have impacts on the story itself, and does Kind/Cruel have a long term impact on the character interactions?
I'm a solo dev, so I can't really do hugely branching storylines, but your decisions to Awaken/Shatter or to be Kind/Cruel do have an impact on dialogue, certain reactions, and as the storyline progresses (and I don't need to worry as much about creating unmanageably huge branches) the impact will become more prominent :)
That being said, you're not going to be "punished" for your choices. Neither the game nor myself is interested in enacting any moral judgements. Just be aware that you'll get the ending(s) you aim for!
You download the apk and when you click the download it should be like "staging app" or smth but then you agree to download it and boom you got it (I can record if you need it)
The lake's limit should be bypassed once you've talken to Qarinah. Do her heart card stuff as it requires you to meditate, which will raise your insight.
Make sure you have all the Hallowe'en decorations active in your room (Coffin Bed, Jack o' Lantern decoration and Witch Poster) and then sleep. It might take a few nights to trigger if other events interrupt it :)
During act one the succubus girl appeared and i got a lead to reaserch. When act two started I lost it, apparently the succubus is supposed to appear in the characters dreams and then we can meet the council members but she isint showing up. Is there something I have to do first?
Also this game is really good, i really like the designs for all the characters and i think the story is really nice! You did a great job makeing this!

are there any dungeon scenes, aside from the spanking ones in arc 2? I keep reading comments that there were, but in arc three of version 20.4, after completing all of the content (clearing the forest, can't attack company building or church, and I'm assuming that is all of the content) there still hasn't been any further dungeon scenes like previous comments have mentioned. To advance the relationship with any girl, just click on her card in the heart menu and read the "HINT". If it doesn't say anything, then you can't go further.
If you've discovered Lyx, then you've discovered the magical person. Do Lyx's quests until you learn her name then visit Chloe's room in the morning of any day.
No set timetable - I'm a solo dev so some things take longer than expect, and some things take less time than I thought they would. I'm hoping to be in beta by this time next year, though :)
it's not that rare but bot easy to get (i tried 10 timed and i got 3 with ard) you just need to be Before the war (obviusly xD) and sleep with hanna, you'll have a small chance to get ard when you wake up
The Gallery doesn't have repeatable scenes in it yet. It takes a fair amount of time to get gallery scenes in, and I'm focusing right now on getting content out as much as I can (solo dev woes - can only focus on one thing at a time).
Eventually, all naughty and special scenes will be added to the Gallery :)

You don't - restarting the game to play the updates has never been a thing. I work hard to make sure that saves are always forward-compatible. Just download the update and either extract it to a fresh folder or overwrite the APK if you're on Android. That's it :)

Shatter specifically, as opposed to Awaken? No. I'm a solo dev and the sheer amount of time it would take to create branching pathways for each individual girl would be measured in years :P
I'm currently stuck. does anyone have a tip? The instructions on the internet are probably for other game versions. I've tried everything now and I just can't get any further. I'm still at the beginning and I'm supposed to do Morgana's quest, but I can't do anything with her and I can't find Emma anymore either. and I can't talk to Jessica, only undercover. what do i have to do?

That lead doesn’t do much during act 1.
During act 2, after progressing a bit with Pixie you unlock a way to meet her again.

Nope, dungeon is in a state where it’s almost being removed from the game.
Hard to justify it, people didn’t like the implementation it had back then before the combat system changed.
It’s a mess.
For some reason I don't have any Julie option like v0.20.2 should let me have even tho i had unlocked her before

Are you sure you’re on the same save.
Because Julie will not appear if you didn’t meet her during act 2.
And you meet her in act 2 by banging Renee on the event you meet her.
If you need more help than that, I’d say check the discord server.

You can cheat currency and unlock the gallery after you reach act 2.
The cheats are in the laptop on the protagonist’s bedroom.
Can’t cheat progression, too messy. Editing variables will most likely break your save and we won’t help you with that.

In the supporter polls, regarding kinks, one of the options is adding Femboys.
They don’t do well, so the chance of them being added to the game is close to zero.

You need specific combinations of kids for the available events.
Alice - Roxy - Kana - Pixie
Roxy - Kana - Pixie - Lily
Veronica - Madison
Only those 3 events are available.
And something to note: Alice doesn’t live in the daycare, she has to visit at least once.

You shouldn’t have to start again.
Saves are almost always compatible in future versions.
Try to save in “safe” places instead of mid-conversation to guarantee that your saves will keep working.

You get those keys (codes) from Chastity, then use them in Nexus.

Ren'py and Android don't always play well together - certain combinations of hardware and OS version can cause crashes, freezes and assorted glitches.
The only three things that have been known to help in some cases are:
1. Free up more storage space on your device
2. Make sure your device is fully updated
3. Fully power down your device and restart it
Sorry I can't be more help, but this is an SDK/device issue and so I have no control over any of it :/

I'm not really sure where you're stuck, but try this:
1. Check your leads (envelop icon in the top right with the drop down box extended) and follow exactly what they say
2. Try talking to Emma in her room at night.
