A Heart of Butterblue 1.1

Hello everyone!

I just uploaded a new version of Butterblue. I've been struggling a bit with the code for this game, but I think(?) I've got a few more bugs fixed.

- Originally I had thought that I had fixed the inventory glitch where sometimes you couldn't buy things from Fanny's shop, but it kept cropping up in other's games. I've once again changed the code for the inventory so you can buy/sell with ease.

- I've also changed the "onboarding" and "offboarding" code for the Lua code I wrote to interface with the Dialogue System. This probably doesn't mean anything to players but it's the source of the issue for the Peyton Flower issue. I've kept in the extra flower dropped into your inventory once you access the [Final Area] just for ultra safety, but here's hoping this will make the duplicate flower redundant.

- I also fixed the fullscreen toggle. Apparently you have to click a "Allow Full Screen" toggle in the Player Preferences to allow any custom C# code to work. The more you learn!

- I've also taken away the "?" button at the top of the mountain, since it was never used and I accidentally left it in there.

- I changed the font color and version number on the title screen. I remember when I was first making the game I couldn't figure out why the colors wouldn't change and now that I have a tiny bit more experience with shaders and materials, I can say it was due to a shader being applied to the text that I hadn't meant to be there. :P

That's it so far!

I'm in the middle of trying to make a game for Halloween and I have a new translation for Tomorrow for Mar that I need to upload-- a lot of stuff is happening behind the scenes and I really appreciate everyone who has ever reached out and let me know if they hit a bug or if you enjoyed the game.

Thank you all so much for playing!

- Heiden

Now players can obtain the fishing rod without any potential fears, hopefully!!! (That's really the only bug I ran into when playing. I mean, besides fullscreen being weird and forcing me to play in windowed, but I didn't mind that at all. Either way, ULTIMATE VERSION!!!) HOPE THE POGRESS ON THE HALLOWEEN GAME'S GOIN' SMOOTH!!!!

Yes! Fishing rods for everyone! Haha!

And yes!!! The Halloween game is HAPPENING!!! Things are being built in Unity as we speak and dare I even say it but with every Unity game I make it gets easier ????? (Famous last words)

One day you'll delve too far into the engine and discover its horrific curse..... Dunno what that is personally but it'd be horrifying if true.

the curse being you delve so far into Unity you just open the last most secret-est script file and it just says:

"You should be using Unreal Engine"

Wh-What the..... Well, y'know, if it works, it works!!! And I have heard of nightmares with Unreal as well (one game I've been looking forward to had development absolutely broken for a couple years 'cause of some random update!!! It's horrifying...)

Yeah I have absolutely 0 interest in moving into Unreal because I'm a 2D narrative game developer so all the things the engine does ""better"" is all stuff I'm not using anyway 😂. Doesn't stop random people pestering Unity devs about it though, haha.

And that sounds HORRIBLE omg..... I wouldn't wish that even on my enemies. I hope they were able to at least salvage some of it ????
