Just loving this game. Started playing it last week and haven't been able to stop since. Really like the alternate camera angles, hope we get many more.
Would like to pass on a few bugs/consistences I've noticed whilst I've been playing so far, (I'm still in act1 / chapter 1 I think).
Currently playing 0.13.2 public (pc) version
1) After Debbie is caught fondling the nurse in class, during the evening scene you get the "apologise to Lucy not slam her into the locker" dialogue. Should there be a keep your hands off the nurse dialogue instead, before deciding on her punishment?
2) During a private punishment with Cassandra, after removing clothing including skirt, the skirt reappearing during the top half of the body search, then disappears again with the bottom half. (This also happens with Debbie, although the picture is cut higher, you can still see the top of the skirt on the edge of the screen, sorry to be so picky.)

3) During a private punishment with Cassandra, apply ointment animation appears to be the same as massage buttocks. (I realise this may be due to work-in progress rather than a bug).

4) Uniform inspection with Alice by vending machine, typo in dialogue, should be "Now lift up you skirt..." not "No lift up you skirt..."
5) Encounter with Harriet by the lockers in the sports centre, you appear to be able to make multiple uniform inspections, unlike other encounters with the girls in the classroom corridor. (This also happens with Ada in the corridor too.)
6) Encounter with Faye by the book case in the dorm, she always repeats the skipped math lesson dialogue after triggering the nurse's office event.
(Would be nice if Faye lapsed occasionally and this event was repeatable in game [and similar such events]. I know there's the replay menu but it not the same as in-game.)
7) Interacting with Rachel seeing Dona in corridor, typo in dialogue, should be "She once asked me why her..." not "she once asked my..."
8) During a private punishment with Cassandra, when instructed to remove clothing, her cardigan reappears when she goes to remove her skirt.

I'm sure I've had another instance of a re-appearing skirt during a private punishment, but can't remember the exact circumstances so haven't been able to check and repeat it. As best as I can remember it occurred when the girl was over Miss Newman lap, (may have just levelled up), the skirt re-appeared when a white edged grey dialogue box appeared on screen, disappearing along with the dialogue box when clicking to advance.
has anyone been able to get rachel to level 8? i've tried punishing her over and over, but i haven't found a combination of actions that maxes out all three meters with the needed ap left (or any combinations that max out all three meters at all, for that matter).
Order her to strip naked. position her w/ hands above her head, do a body search, take pictures. put her over the desk and spank her with paddle. put her over the knee and rub her vag.
select the headmaster the spank her while she straddles your lap. put her into diaper position and insert dildo. They wont seem fully maxed out but this is the correct method.
Thank you. I think the problem that I had was that at her current level, it says "max out pain, pleasure, and humiliation". This leads to trying to max those scores *before* using the dildo. Whereas what this does is max her humiliation, but leave only enough points in pain and pleasure that the dildo treatment will max our those scores. There was something similar with her for the first time sitting on the lap. It would be useful in this particular situation (first time) to clear up the message or hint that humiliation needs to be maxed and the others need to be close enough to max out once the dildo treatment is used.

great game and many thanks for your work. i recently started a new game with the 132 update but about 30 min i the black bar across the middle of the screen that comes up when choices show continues to stay of screen all the time. ive tried reloading etc but nothing seems to work. if i load a previous game the bar is gone. any solutions or do i have to start all over again ?

I know right! Little Miss Princess needs to be taught that she's not untouchable . I'm actually pleasantly surprised that the creator had a member of decent status "enroll" in the school. Superb premise for this game with some unique features and memorable characters, but of course it has some elements to it that just throw you out of the game, like science teacher Chang and her impossible inventions.

I followed the how to use Joiplay instructions and it hasn't worked for me. I tap The Headmaster icon and it shows the correct loading screen for one second and then closes back to the Joiplay screen. Anyone have any ideas on why it won't work?
Joiplay is complete garbage. I've only found exactly one game that even runs with it, everything else either doesn't make it past the loading screen or exits to the main screen.
I'm sorry, i'm new to itch.io. I've dled the latest version, extracted it. Now what? Do i copy the "saves" folder over to the newer version? Cause i did and got a shitload of errors and failures. If anyone wouldn't mind explaining how to apply these updates to me like i'm a special needs child i'd really appreciate it cause i can't seem to make this work. Thanks in advance
ok, so what i did exactly was select the updated zip. Clicked extract all. Then i selected the headmaster 12.3.1 folder and clicked extract. It didn't overwrite anything though. It just created a completely seperate folder within the original. What am i doing wrong? I swear i'm not usually this technically challenged but for some reason i just can't figure this out
Yeah, it sounds like you basically extracted a new installation within the existing folder. Delete that new folder and pay attention to what you're extracting and to where. What you really want to do is select the contents of the Headmaster folder in the ZIP, and extract it to the existing main Headmaster folder (there should be game, lib, & renpy folders and four other files. These will overwrite the existing ones).
(I’d suggest renaming the Headmaster folder, just for your own reference because it's not going to be version 12.3.1 any more, but that's up to you.)
Hey guys, if youre having trouble with rachels punishment to level 8 you csn use the dildo after raising her humiliation to 16 and her pain and pleasure to just under 9. You dont need to max out everything to use the toy
I am unable to get the "Lotion/Ointment". It does not show up in the Store on the Office PC (health section is completely empty).
This means that the only character I am able to get past level 1 is Debbie. The other characters only start with 1 action that can increase pleasure which does not contribute enough to fill that Meter (not including Amy, but I am having seperate issues with her).
I am playing a fresh playthrough from Chapter 1. I am using the Joiplay version on Android, so that may have something to do with it.
If I start a new game at Chapter 2, the "Lotion/Ointment" appears already purchased along with a ton of other stuff. However, I don't want to skip past that much of the Game's content (although, without access to that item, I am locked out of that content anyways).
I also feel like many of the events that help you start/progress the character's quests are not occuring nearly as frequently as with the previous version (causing the pacing to feel significantly slower). However, this could just be because I am unable to really "get the ball rolling" because of the Lotion Issue.
TLDR: Lotion doesnt appear in the shop for me and that has me locked out of progressing any character besides Debbie (and maybe Amy, but I can't get any event to trigger for her since the first one to even try).

I cant get rachel to level 8, I've read walkthroughs already and have done all the way up to her trying the medium dildo. The quest says to punish her and use the dildo but i still cannot get enough pleasure, pain, humiliation points for it to let me use the dildo despite the different combinations of punishments i've tried. Please help
Problem is, when stripping her down, humiliation gets from 8 to 16, now you have to get enough points into humiliation, but that just denies you your pain/pleasure points My best attempt so far was 9/9 - 14/16 - 9/9 or 9 - 15 - 8
Getting Rachel through 8/9/10 shouldn't be a puzzle; you can do it in 5 steps usually. If the first-time bonuses are not showing for you, you probably haven't done enough office playtime.
Apparently not. There are first-time-use penetration bonuses available on Rachel that pretty much steer themselves through the level-up process. If you are not seeing them, then you missed something. For Rachel, that usually means hanging out at the gym in the afternoon.
It is possible. I have Rachel @ Level 10. If u read the "Headmasters Pet part 2" it tells u what u need to do next (mostly teach football and then have fun in the showers with Miss Newman too) During punishment, some of the positions give u Humilation points, so do those first, then do photos & maybe body search (cant remember sorry) Then work backwards to know how many points are remaining. ie if u need to put the dildo in Rachels arse, see what points it gives you, then work out how many pain and pleasure points u need. And dont forget to change to Headmaster so u can Straddle Rachel. Good luck
possibly, i've looked up multiple walkthroughs and read as many comments about it as I could find and no matter how I do it its always short by 1 point and i've tried it probably 10 times by now and I did the soccer event and tried as many things outside of the punishment as possible to see if it affects anything and no luck
For people in the future. Make her undress fully with cat ears etc. Then fill her humiliation bar to 16 using camera, body search, etc. use the rest of your AP to get get to 8/9 Pain, 4/9 Pleasure with 1 AP left with the last AP it should let you do the dildo thingy
This game is a true Masterpiece. The writing is fantastic.
For example, the completion of the Rachael story when she comes to terms with Sally. OMG! Don't make me get teary eyed in my porn game! 10/10
Then the humor as Headmaster does what the headmaster does while explaining in sophisticated terms why he has to take a first hand guidance with the "student body" and had me cracking up! 10/10
Then the H scene with Sally and Rachael... I think we have solved global warming. It isn't carbon dioxide heating the planet. It is H scenes written and animated by Altos and Herdone! 12/10
All that in one story. The rest is just as fun and awesome. The girls sexy take on Greek mythology, the Goldeneye water gun fight: yeah, you are going to enjoy this game.
something went wrong i think with the Update. I suppose i can just move my saves to the new game folder right? Because i did that and now it says that i have reached the end of Rachels story but i wasnt even finished with that in the version before. Also all other stroylines (except ruths) are finished now. Also it seems like i cant finish the ruth quest. If i try to speak to ruth i cant select anything, i cant speak to the staff members about the last headmaster and i cant click on the bag of miss newmann. Is that a bug? it feels like i have to restard the game...
Exactly my problem. Rachel's storyline says its complete even though I didn't do anything since last update. I also can't increase Rachel's level at all from level 7

Since I have understood there are Quests that you should finish, (after I was bored by punish what I could get 😉 ) It's absolutely one of the best Adult games I've downloaded on itch.io .
In Potts quest-line ...the way the Headmaster explains his stuff is so good 👍 you could believe everything 😀
I love the way the scenes are written and the graphics can really been seen. I had really joy in the Halloween spezial's, most in Debbie's, there are only a few pictures that I have not seen. The rhymes for Christmas I should copy for the next Business-Xmas-party. 😜
The only thing I fear is, that I have to wait as long as for this last update part. Who has played like me, and had tried everything possible what could be added has noted, there is still much under development...and with the story seems to lead, knows now...there is still a long way to go! (But hopefully not to wait)

For what I have been played (About 10-12 hours) this game can be one of the best porn games I have ever played (Competing face to face with Treasure of Nadia, Being a Dik and Man of the house). The game have a lot of potential and I really like it because it's really hardcore hahaha. Ihope that the defenitive version will be able soon and for finish a couple of questions for the devs. More or less when you think that the game will be finish? Are you thinking to put more options for the punishment? Thank you very much and keep going with this good game!!
So far as i know, there is only one scene where she gets a punishment. But I will not spoiler to much! Because it is an excellent game, and each way you can lead the story is worth to be seen!

Mediocre game. I've tried to like this game, but find myself more often skimming through events on updates.
Premise is good, but many more characters are being neglected while focus is put on more insignificant ones creating loose ends.

What I usually do is extract it to the existing folder and let it overwrite whatever it needs to overwrite. That seems to work fine.

The lotion appears after seeing the girls use it on Rachel. You have to spy on Rachel's room straight after she gets spanked in your office.

This game is a true Masterpiece. The writing is fantastic.
For example, the completion of the Rachael story when she comes to terms with Sally. OMG! Don't make me get teary eyed in my porn game! 10/10
Then the humor as Headmaster does what the headmaster does while explaining in sophisticated terms why he has to take a first hand guidance with the "student body" and had me cracking up! 10/10
Then the H scene with Sally and Rachael... I think we have solved global warming. It isn't carbon dioxide heating the planet. It is H scenes written and animated by Altos and Herdone! 12/10
All that in one story. The rest is just as fun and awesome. The girls sexy take on Greek mythology, the Goldeneye water gun fight: yeah, you are going to enjoy this game.
something went wrong i think with the Update. I suppose i can just move my saves to the new game folder right? Because i did that and now it says that i have reached the end of Rachels story but i wasnt even finished with that in the version before. Also all other stroylines (except ruths) are finished now. Also it seems like i cant finish the ruth quest. If i try to speak to ruth i cant select anything, i cant speak to the staff members about the last headmaster and i cant click on the bag of miss newmann. Is that a bug? it feels like i have to restard the game...

Exactly my problem. Rachel's storyline says its complete even though I didn't do anything since last update. I also can't increase Rachel's level at all from level 7
Well seems like we have to start the game all over...
Long time, no see! Finally, the Headmaster is back!
Since I have understood there are Quests that you should finish, (after I was bored by punish what I could get 😉 ) It's absolutely one of the best Adult games I've downloaded on itch.io .
In Potts quest-line ...the way the Headmaster explains his stuff is so good 👍 you could believe everything 😀
I love the way the scenes are written and the graphics can really been seen. I had really joy in the Halloween spezial's, most in Debbie's, there are only a few pictures that I have not seen. The rhymes for Christmas I should copy for the next Business-Xmas-party. 😜
The only thing I fear is, that I have to wait as long as for this last update part. Who has played like me, and had tried everything possible what could be added has noted, there is still much under development...and with the story seems to lead, knows now...there is still a long way to go! (But hopefully not to wait)
THANK-YOU there's no lack in quality, by all this pressure! I have read in so many comments that the one is waiting for the update, and at least a few people who questioned the development.
For what I have been played (About 10-12 hours) this game can be one of the best porn games I have ever played (Competing face to face with Treasure of Nadia, Being a Dik and Man of the house). The game have a lot of potential and I really like it because it's really hardcore hahaha. Ihope that the defenitive version will be able soon and for finish a couple of questions for the devs. More or less when you think that the game will be finish? Are you thinking to put more options for the punishment? Thank you very much and keep going with this good game!!

So far as i know, there is only one scene where she gets a punishment. But I will not spoiler to much! Because it is an excellent game, and each way you can lead the story is worth to be seen!

Let's say she gets a little embarrassed in a weekend event. For normal you you hit it automatically and get a success during the story.
