i don't know if this is a thing but- the bottom of the itch app says 0.10a version when i launch the game a selection will open up which says 0.9c which is the one i payed for awhile back but when the game actually launches on the bottom left of the games main menu it says version 0.7b what did i do wrong? and how do i fix this?

Just finish the latest version.. the game is good the only problem is that it always crash on the brunette nun and the elf scene at the later part of the game hopefully got fixed on the next version..

for some reason, all directional input minigames fail to read any keys i press, everything else seems to work, but that specific one gates my progress. weirdly it isn't set to odd keys, just... not functional
You don't need to drag anything. Just click on the objects. If you are in the city - hover over the object, click - move to the object. Dialogs are clicked anywhere on the screen by clicking on them. Mini-games are mostly intuitive and some of them have instructions.
i don't think you read it properly. this is minigame specific, and it ignores all directional inputs despite giving clear instructions on what it should read. no buttons seem to actually register regardless of them being intended to or not, so it doesn't seem to be an issue of rebound controls.
I’m having a similar problem, although I’m playing on a Steam Deck in Linux. None of my inputs seem to do anything in the symbol drawing mini-game, the one during quest 14. I’ve tried tapping and clicking on the directional symbols. I’ve also tried using all of the Deck’s directional inputs, thinking one of them might mimic arrow keys, but nothing works.

You are probably clicking on the flask in the menu. And you need to click on the flask in the game itself.

You know bro most hilarious was quest no.5 that literally showed that hunter is even bad than a crap of rubber,since in that 2 girls readily took a piece of rubber rather than original thing and especially not hunters.
But all in all a great game with a great story and a good guy as mc not some pervert,wierd or pycho man child,not everyone has to be ladies man or sluts man,he could still be great or even better guy as a character.

for some reason, all directional input minigames fail to read any keys i press, everything else seems to work, but that specific one gates my progress. weirdly it isn't set to odd keys, just... not functional

how exactly? instructions very unclear, and clicking, dragging, scrolling and attempting to use mouse buttons all fail.
You don't need to drag anything. Just click on the objects. If you are in the city - hover over the object, click - move to the object. Dialogs are clicked anywhere on the screen by clicking on them. Mini-games are mostly intuitive and some of them have instructions.
i don't think you read it properly. this is minigame specific, and it ignores all directional inputs despite giving clear instructions on what it should read. no buttons seem to actually register regardless of them being intended to or not, so it doesn't seem to be an issue of rebound controls.

I’m having a similar problem, although I’m playing on a Steam Deck in Linux. None of my inputs seem to do anything in the symbol drawing mini-game, the one during quest 14. I’ve tried tapping and clicking on the directional symbols. I’ve also tried using all of the Deck’s directional inputs, thinking one of them might mimic arrow keys, but nothing works.
