great game, it would be great if it was a sandbox game, or if you kept expanding it with more girls, new adventures and see what happens after the end and that there were more languages like Spanish, which is my native language

I originally downloaded it for free, but after finishing, it just felt wrong to not give the creator something in return. I legit got attached to these girls.

Hey, just wanted to give my condolences for not being able to get the game on Steam.
The fact that Steam put the kibosh on the release while Patreon doesn't seem to have any problem with it kinda tells the same story I've been hearing from a lot of developers: Whether you can get a NSFW game on Steam REALLY depends on which curator gets assigned to interpret the rules in your individual case. For example, I know that Monolith Bay (also on Itch) has tried to get on Steam multiple times, and failed - and with that game's content, I see even less of a potential conflict with Steam's NSFW rules.
There's also the issue of Steam curators being willing to work closely with bigger developers to get their game conforming to Steam rules while smaller developers just get told outright that their game is banned. So while it's probably a massive let-down for you, perhaps you can take some comfort in the fact that you're in good company, at least.
Anyways, if you're looking for additional (mainstream) stores to sell the game on, I'd suggest trying GOG. They can be hard to work with sometimes, but they've opened up to adult games recently and from what I'm hearing, they're way more open to all kinds of content.
Steam basically went from not accepting any NSFW content to allowing all NSFW content, to allowing NSFW content but imposing a couple of very strict guidelines. That's why Evenicle got accepted back in the day, but Evenicle 2 wasn't now.

It seems that I'm not alone in the fact that I've never bothered to comment on itch.io before. However this game is awesome, I'm sorry that steam chose the position they did but i hope that you continue to make more content. My only regret in playing this was the fact that by the time I found it and binged it over a weekend, you were already sending out the 0.11 so I couldn't really support it. But by far in terms of story, and graphics, I think this is my favorite gem that I've found on here.
I would like to echo much of the praise here given by others. This is my first comment on Itch.io but I'm glad its on this project. I am thoroughly impressed by all of the small additions this game makes above what a normal renpy game would do. The panning camera through explorations, actions taken by the MC (such as chopping trees), and even the sexy time scenes are all so incredibly smooth. The lighting and shadows were always amazing. Keeping the darkness of night or underground tense and never being oversaturated in the light. I joke with my friends often that Hideo Kojima was a film director who wandered into a game development studio and I want to give you the same praise. The "game mechanics" of Mist are simple but any minute nitpick about that is vastly overshadowed by the story, writing, and as mentioned previously the camera work (both animations and the various stills). I loved the characters, and the interactions between them. You struck a great balance between keeping it intense/serious/high-stakes and comedic with the banter between them. Thank you very much for this experience and I wish you the best of luck on whatever it is you decide to do next. I very much will look forward to it!

The story is gripping; the characters are great, and you pushed the Renpy engine to do amazingly complex and enjoyable things. You're a phenomenal writer and I'm looking forward to your next project.
Sir i usually dont comment on Games but this game is goddamn crazy, these animations the shaders and all that, i thought i just could get some faps out but i played the whole game in one go with both hands on the m´n k. I have been here not too long, just as the main story update dropped, but knowing that this is one of the most popular games in the "adult" genre on itch is really inspiring, and I look forward to being one of the first to download any new projects (itch releases, of course!) but what I can do to help is that some of the text in the game that is longer than three lines goes of-screen, and i have to look in the history to see what it says, I know that for this game since it is already complete, it doesn't matter too much. Just something to keep in mind for future projects. :)

Interesting. When you start to fish, you'll throw a bobber into the water. After a slight wait, three !!! will appear above it, which you have to click. This will lead to an arrow moving side to side above a small bar. You'll have to press space when that arrow is above it to catch a fish. If you're not seeing it then I'm at a loss.
You know, I started off just looking for some bullshit sex game to waste some time in, but this one caught me by surprise. I love a good mystery so the whole mist aspect and the mystery surrounding it and why it's happening pulled me in. And I found that the more I played it, the more I enjoyed "hanging" with each girl, finding out about them, etc. By the time I reached the end, I actually was sad that it was over. It became more than just a sex game for me due to the writing and I love when that happens. Speaking of the length, this game was a lot longer than I thought it would be, which isn't a complaint as I was very invested. All in all, great writing, great character development, great game.
So, I seem to not be getting any XP from fights, and it's kinda hamstringed my progression. I've reached the lodge but only have leveled up stamina twice and my attack once (and that was the free level up). Anyone have advice?
EDIT: Nevermind, the XP you get after a trip is the fight XP. I just didn't understand that. I should be able to grind a few levels now.

You can tell a lot of effort, time, and passion went into this and it's quite long too. Aside from the obvious animations which are top notch, the story great and the characters are well written and develop nicely as the plot moves along.
Never in my life did I picture myself leaving a review on an erotic mystery game yet here I am, it was simply that good.
Tldr: like so many others, I came for the tits, stayed for the story. 10/10 would highly recommend

i can safely say this one of the best games ive played like leap of faith and the story is amazing and i know that all thing must come to a end but the ending isn't the best i my opinion not trying to be rude at all i am saying is that the ending is not the best and it's just that the ending looks like it's a little too early and just a placeholder or setting up a sequel but its not

This game is fantastic. Good combat system without it feeling unfair. The story is phenomenal! You really start to care about the characters as the story unfolds. And the best part about the Mist? It's a long game. All in all, a solid 10. Can't wait to see what other games you make in the future. :)
A good lengthy NSFW game. I was impressed with the animations honestly. Some parts of the game were absolutely beautiful. Good story and ending i'd say.
I came for titties and stayed for the story and what an amazing story it was! Not gonna spoil anything here but between the character development and the quality of the writing, I can actually say this is actually one of my favourite games.
this was probably one of those few rare 18+ that I take a moment and appreciate how well made it was and how amazing the story was told. It was balance in between story and gameplay and minimal amount of material farming (in a good way). The characters are all balance with no favoritism and good characters development and the animation was quite nice as well.
0verall the experience was 10/10 and I would highly recommend playing this game if you hadn't already. Can't wait to play another game made by this creator

A really good game. Awesome story, good overall gameplay and one of the better characters I've seen ever. They're charismatic, they're good developed and their skin and animations are simply perfect.
Gonna be honest i got this game with low expectations. Figured id download and kill little bit of time and see a boob or two. Well first i was expecting some short 3d cash grab. What i got was a pretty good game amd interesting story. For anyone reading this and hasn't played i do recommend you get it. And support the creator(s).

Wow , i dont have words for this.
I played over 80 Visual Novels from Itch/Patreon so far and this Game holds up to the best.
The Length is simply amazing and easily comparable to Dark Magic or Waifu Academy.
Story is a Solid 9/10 , Graphics are not that good on the Girls normal Png Renders but overall still 7/10.
Renpy Optimization for Android is also pretty Good.
Totally a 9 out of 10 and one of the best VN's on Itch.
