If you bought Love & Sex here on itch.io, you unlocked an access to the files of the actual version of the game. You don't need any Steam key.

There's no need to install anything, download, unzip and launch LoSeSb.exe (if you're on windows)
Android.
Android game is an apk package. You don't have to extract anything.
You should just launch it and android should ask you if you really want to install the application.
Some users reported issues with the file being downloaded as a .bin file. If that's the case change the extension from .bin to .apk.

Changing the extension can be done by renaming the file in your file browser.
Unzipping this file will never work, you don't need to try.
Did you download the game on the itchio page? Maybe the downloaded file is corrupted. I suppose you already tried to redownload it.
