There are other comments stating this, but the various typos and incorrect pronouns makes it hard to tell who's saying what a lot of the time. I assume its due to translation issues, but the overall message and story is still mostly understandable.
Overall the story had good Yandere elements, and all the onii-chan stuff made the 180 change into crazy that Manaka had compared to the start and the insinuated past history the Protagonist had with her more creepy and uncomfortable. Good work!
What the hell even happened in this VN? There are so many typos, wrong character names in the name box, and wrong pronouns in this. I'm having a hard time following most of the specific details because the wrong names are being used and wrong names in characters' lines. I'm willing to forgive the fact that decisions don't matter, but you could have put more decisions or plot twists with the "Disgusting" decision. Perhaps make it have a different route it you click it three to five times. I liked the art, but the story and dialogue leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not saying you need to make this AAA tier, but at least not something as ill written as this. I was thinking of so many things going through, but nothing that resulted with a good payoff with what was presented.

If there is something I can criticize, is probably Manaka's obsession with Haruaki. I never got to know Manaka as a person, just a yandere imouto.
A good example of a yandere imouto is Mihomi from MenheRafflesia. The player is given enough cute sides of her and her tragic past that makes the player care for her. Mihomi also has good reason for obsessing over the MC.
The description worried me a little. I thought it was a bad translation. It confused me and put my brain in the gutter..........and then I checked the tags....

Manaka is cute, so that's a positive aspect. Sadly the grammar and spelling mistakes make it somewhat off putting.
