After getting the other 3 endings you have to answer all of the questions correctly (make him satisfied).After the last question his mood changes to horny and you get some extra dialogue.
THIS WAS GREAT! Nice short story and fun. When Jacob "bhaaa" for the first time, my partner and i had a chuckle. Very cute. We couldn't figure out the 4th ending though and tried a bit to get it. We got 3/3 and overall enjoyed every bit of it. Looking forward to more games in the future.
I think you have to finish the 3 other endings in order of pleased, pissed, and neutral, then you play and do all the options that would please him, and then yeah. Hope this helped :]
7/10 Pretty fun game with about 10 min playtime. Just play the game first, don't even need to check with reviews first, it's good to go in completely blind. There are 4 endings in total btw. 3 normal ones + 1 secret ending. Spoiler-ish thoughts: I was actually expecting the serial killer to be a very complicated person and that it would be difficult to get on the good side of him. You know like trying to understand the mind of the serial killer kind of thing, but the game was pretty straightforward.
