I played the game when it first released which I never left a review, I must be crazy not to. I have to right off the bat, I love this game. It has it's own touch for a VN I don't play a lot of VN's but this easily one of the best ones I've played. For how little content there is I find the characters enjoyable, the art style, the music, the map, UI, just everything I enjoyed. I went in with some expectations but they were blown to another dimension. I love the amount of effort you put into this, keep it up.
The new version of the game, 0.2, will arrive on June 25th for the 15$ patrons, it will be available one week later for all other patrons, the public will be able to access it for free one week later ;)
I found a bug, you can take a nap till the night and the next day noriko have the same dialogue night, btw you can skip whole week with this. Im playing on android

All I can say is wow ... im shocked at how good this looks the charachters, the backgrounds, the ui everything just seems to be perfect. I admire your work and couldn't be more exited for the next update. Keep up the good work!!!
I let out the deepest, loudest groan of despair and agony when the game stopped as I was going to the park. I want MORE! The art and the unique UI feels VERY PREMIUM and the plot (while a little generic) has a really special feel to it. The characters for me are the most interesting part, especially the sister. The fuckin thumbnails made me so excited for that scene with the sister ( you tease >:[ )
The dialogue is great! It feels natural and flows well, environment art is top notch, im usually a hard critique when it comes to the comedy but the humor in this one, i'll let it pass lol. And while i've said this before, the UI is certainly one of, if not, the best i've seen in any VN. For me, making a great UI isn't a hard thing to accomplish with a great imagination but you've done it, bravo.
The only criticisms i can give are:
-The Tutorial. I really liked the concept, it is slick and smooth. However, the tools become really hard to see, and for casual, clicky VN players like me, you tend to miss a bit of tools and how they work. I would suggest arrows, more highlighting, or even scaling it up for a second for the player to notice easily.
-The Hidden Money. I didn't really like that mini-system, it gets really tiring for a while clicking everywhere on the screen in hopes of getting free money. The best you can do with it is to tweak it so that the money is actually visible and you'd actually have to use your eyes to get them, doesn't matter if the art is small or not, just make it be that there is a visual advantage.
-The MC's look. This is more of a personal critic for me but i was hoping you could make the MC stand out more. He looks really plain and generic and it kind of bothers me. It's up to you though, no pressure.
Great game solid 9/10, I literally cannot wait for more. I am at the point of refreshing this page everyday for updates :P

I spent a lot of time designing the game's UI, I didn't like it, too static, too basic, boring to death. I even hired an artist specialized in ui but I didn't like the rendering either...
I decided to do it myself in the end and I don't regret the result.
For the tutorial I agree, some arrows would not be too much. I couldn't find any good brushes so I preferred to leave them empty rather than putting something ugly.
The hidden money is an obviously controversial mechanic, but I repeat it is not obligatory. It just gives a bonus of money (which is not useful for the moment). In v0.2 the points where the money is hidden will be indicated except in the new backgrounds.
The look of the mc is generic and it's a choice that has been wanted, the game will follow a shonen/seinen type of development, so the look is likely to change over time.
There is no need to update the page, version 0.2 was announced in late June and early July, the bosses will be able to play it 3 weeks before everyone else.
Knowing how you made the UI by yourself in the end makes me really proud. All the hard work has paid off and you delivered such an excellent work. Hard to believe this is just the first version of the game, lol.
Regarding the hidden money, I didn't even know that it was such a controversial thing, but I completely understand. Though It's nice to know that the mechanic will be tweaked/taken initiative in the near future. After all it's just the first version of the game.

Just tried the game. I think the plot outlined is def interesting and the characters are fairly well established. I do have a few gripes however.
My first gripe is the system for locating the hidden money wastes a lot of valuable story time. This can be easily dealt with by just adding little cash icons littered throughout each area if you chose to keep the system. This will tell players what to look for rather than being forced to spam click the map in a desperate bid to gain a little more cash.
My second issue is that one of the most important locations you need to improve your stats, the park, is not currently available and this stops you from progressing toward the starting goals set forth by the game. This is an issue because it stops the players from doing the most basic of story progress.
As I said at the start of the comment I believe this has potential to be a very good story but at present it is not what I would call a "playable game".
