As an expanse upon that, there are some types of certain character creatures that don't have a full-style setup, such as with the cow coloring, ears, and nose, but no tail. It would be nice to have a complete setup for each type of creature, but I get why that might take a while, as you have to progam each individual one, separately.

you get help from fawn go to the police then go to the slums sleep there a new option should appear and follow that buying the holess duded helps sleep there go to the the gentalmens club get you're money back sleep get help from other homeless go back to ploice after sleeping and it should be straight forward from there

from what I've read the cow collar stops her from wandering off but if you give her one of the necklaces from the gem shop she will do it again
yes the cowbell will prevent her from wandering around however if you want her to wander again you have to give her a collar or chocker

I think you need to talk with Fawn and do her route until you can talk about the problem with Cassie and the Don.
To safe Cassie without ending the game you need to talk the all Charakters in the City and Slumms and getting there help.
