Tools do not appear at any point in the game, Aka I can't play at all.

my screen wont show the cut and it wont let me finish how do i fix this?

its impossible to delete you butthole I dont need anyones permission to erase the game fix it immediatly
The Game i really want to play so bad but i cant because its so laggy it makes the screen keep flickering
The lag is immense and I cannot cut any hair. But it is an exciting concept and I am willing to wait.

go to the game's TBS/Config and play with the resolution in "DefaultGameUserSettings.ini". for me it worked at:
ResolutionSizeX=1024
ResolutionSizeY=900
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=1024
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=900
