Been looking into this and apparently one of the people who helped me fixed some issues made some changes that made it unable to start

I fixed it right now, the page was restricted a few hours so redownloading it should be fixed
I redownloaded it and I'm still unable to launch the game. I definitely downloaded the windows version and I can see that its running in task manager.

nvm i just realised its only for the quests with the word monster in i
i found out the cause is when you dont have the cell unlocked and youve completed a monster capture quest
