Ending Guide & 1.0.1 release

Thank you to everyone who pointed out bugs in the last version! Here's a fix for most of them. There are a few issues that require some rewriting and will take a little longer.

The two big announcements/changes are:
1. Endings #9 and #17 were backwards. Sorry! I've swapped them to the correct order. This shouldn't change any of your rewards or which endings you've achieved - just moving the order.
2. Including the list of endings as a pdf download. You can download the pdf by itself, but it's also included in the 1.0.1 download too.

• Hugging the doll now takes 1 minute
• Fixed locket being findable twice
• Fixed multiple spelling and spacing bugs
• Fixed eye color from blue to green…at least I hope so!
• Fixed continuity errors in body size
• Removed question about whether you enjoyed time with Hans after Hans relationship is high enough
• Fixed townsfolk sex not setting flag for first sex
• Fixed horny penalty, +1 min for slightly horny and +2 min for very horny (was reversed)
• Fixed two broken links in the magic arc
• There were two endings swapped (#9 & #17)

New content

• "Ending & Reward List" included a pdf with the 1.0.1 download which explains how to get each ending.
