New engine

Weird_0 used to have no scrolling and each section of a level took up the whole screen.

But, after a lot of practice and thinking, I've decided to make Weird_0 fit it's description. A Wario Land/Pizza Tower styled platformer. Those games have scrolling and so will Weird_0. I also gave Weird a bash/dash sort of move and added a bunch of Pizza Tower elements, like combos and the little head/tv at the top of the screen.
