Amazing game, no compaints about the gameplay really since you give us so much health and a long invincibility getting attacked doesn't really matter, I do really want to choose my own controls, and be able to use 2 buttons instead of 1 for the button mashing. Also there is a bug in the flesh cave where masturbating loops the orgasm animation forever. And maybe a run feature but i did fine without it so idk. What i loved was the sound design and some of the animations, not a fan of bug stuff but everything else was fine, i wish some of the soldiers would idk come to life and be interactable. currently enemies doesnt give player a single reason to kill them, as you said you just let them rape you since its faster than fighting. killing or even stopping for parrying wont give you much, on the other hand dashing will increase travel speed by a lot, lets be honest, syahata isnt very fast walking around
additionally if we assume parrying would work like in some games and successful parry would give you increased next hit damage or other profits, this requires working around fight system more since currently using stick in fight isnt very responsible and fast enough to let you do this easily

but idea to save them sounds great to me. It could be some sort of sub quest if syahata reach shelter (if it would act as a base) and would go on expeditions to various places, including old places where she could help everyone "alive"
This also adds some gameplay to these npcs. (Not saying we gotta save all of them, but maybe 2-5 NPCs to save throughout whole game, each with certain animation / role inside base and so on)
