I've gone through this game multiple times and seen all the endings. All I have to say is, it is amazing! I keep coming back to it. The story telling, the animation are all 10 out 10. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see where Eternum goes. Lastly Lauren is best girl!

My wife and I just finished Once in a Lifetime earlier today and loved it. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad, always enjoyable. Lovely characters and writing. Beautiful visuals (I'm a fan of your expert use of facial expressions, she must have said 4 or 5 times that your animations are incredibly fluid and lifelike) and engaging plot had us literally play an 8 hour session yesterday. We got the "happy" ending and neither of us had dry eyes by the time the credits rolled. We are absolutely stoked for Eternum and wish you all the luck in the world. Thank you for giving away your time and energy to tell us such a story.

I can't believe I made an account for this. I have to say it, at some point I forgot this was a porn game because man, I LOVED THIS. I loved everything at the end, even Stabby Mike (who I said was ugly and annoying until I saw him again and made me laugh, and at the same time sad). This was a great game and it definitely deserves being played! 11/10

Just finished this game.
The graphical quality might not be on par with Eternum, but that does not mean it's any worse!

This game is so beautiful, the H scenes were amazingly done, the design of the girls are unique and mesmerizing (especially Lauren, Aiko and Carla 😍),
the story was really well written.

And the ending made me feel quite sad, which is rare to happen for me.

Best adult novel game I've ever played. I am a Chinese and there are people in China who are in love with your game as well! I laughed to death when the main character was sitting in the Japanese male pool along with the song a Twig of Plum by Fei Yu Ching. I am wordless to praise further (the humor, the horror, and the 18+ scenes, music choice, UI, character dev etc..) of this game.  Judie and Lauren are my favourites, and don't forget FOOOCKING MIKE either!

I love the story, very interesting with nice pacing, the comedy and references, man you know some good stuff, the scenes, so many good scenes, and the girls are so unique to one another, the UI was great for its time, it was the first game I played that you published, and man, Mike (spoiler) is the best side character, sure, he was kinda annoying at the start, but he quickly became one of the many things making once in a lifetime great. I don't regret freeing this legend of a wingman. Overall, I fkin love this masterpiece, the first adult VN to blow me away. With the amount of passion poured into this, it deserves to be payed, but im so grateful that you allowed us to play it for free, looking forward to playing Eternum when I'm free, keep up the good work Caribdis.

I don't even know where to start. This is not just another H-Game. This one has actually likeable characters. The females aren't just mindless NPC's. And you actually managed to put a good sense of humor in there, which usually ends up being kinda cringe in these kinda games, but fuck me if I didn't have a few good laughs. Thank you for this awesome game, can't wait to play Eternum.

So I played eternum before playing this. Here is my review for this game.

I liked the story, both of them are pretty much alike in some ways. But wtf is the ending bruh, the main character impregnated 3 girls and all of them are like super chill about it like no problem. This was a bruh moment. Apart from that, eternum felt way more better than this because of music in every single scene and better sound effects.

Apart from these problems, the story was really good. A great piece of work from Caribdis that everyone should try out.

why was this game so amazing it went way beyond the lewdness of most games of its sort and it pushed into such a amazing story the ending that i received was soo cute at the end and everyone has to know this by now but stabby mike is obviously the best character

This will be my last little statement on this VN.

It is honestly so good that I would say it could easily sell at, at least, a $15 price point. I would say $30, but it would need some polish to go back and fix any clipping issues and the minor text errors from start to finish to really be worth the $30 imo. I could also see why so many say it could be a TV series or similar, it would be pretty easy and fitting to do as well.

Anyone who sees this, give this one a try. It is very worth it. And consider donating to the dev so they stay motivated to keep improving upon how well done this already is. I look forward to seeing those improvements in Eternum.

can't really afford a sub so I settled for a donation. Call me crazy but I've been thinking of playing it through again while waiting for the next Eternum release. Its awesome that you keep such excellent games free, it is obvious how much effort has gone into them.

while I could nitpick (with Eternum also) not being perfect is far from being a criticism. While I've seen other games supply the same caliber of adult content the story quality -- even with its faults -- is not just above par for adult games, but rivals games that are focused on story alone.

alright, holy shit you guys im dying over here with laughter. the game show..FUCKING perfect. If you choose a female on the wrestling match he just picks them up and places them outside. fucking HILARIOUS. the comedy of this avn is just perfect. from the cockblocking scenes to asmodeus just appearing out nowhere. "oh youre leaving mike?" "yeah gotta get back to the nursing home!" "dude can i take some of your shirts" The comedy is so good im crying

Honestly one of the best VN's I've played to date, such a good story packed with so much good drama and comedy, great visuals, amazing script. Big hopes for Eternum, I know Caribdis won't disappoint.

First of all, I love the game. Honestly cried during the ending sequence.

But I'm here about the technical part. I'm a software developer, and I was wondering if you could shrink the game package size without losing quality. The animations are stored as separate images, so I thought compressing these to a video format would be a good start. But it turns out that the videos take only ~1/3 of the space, AND it would require some changes to the scripts.

So, instead, I converted all the images to webp. They look just as good, and take about 3x less space. I've uploaded a repacked 'webp' version here:

The only likely downside is that loading times for new scenes (esp. animations) can be slightly longer. The difference was not noticable on my 8-year-old PC, but on Android it could be an issue. Haven't checked.

@Caribdis, I would strongly suggest that you use webp as the image format for Eternum as well. Also, feel free to share this version if you like. On the other hand, if you have any objections, let me know and I will remove my upload.

This VN is amazing, i would hope like this kind of game ETERNUM have in real life than Virtual reality, it's interesting while playing this VN and excited at the same time don't know why. LOVE THE GAME!
