I'll admit, I threw money on this game not expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised.
For once, the main character has a funny personality and can handle his own, unlike so many other visual novels I've seen before. Plus, the characters you meet, including the bachelorettes, are interesting and three-dimensional, with wants and desires, and past traumas for some. I got hooked with the plot real fast, and kept scouring the game for more.
I mean at this point, the sex scenes are just a tiny bonus to the rest of the game, y'know?

Im back again with a few more questions if anyone can answer.
I took over the college but cant find katana girl and cant get shy library girl to talk, am i missing something with them? I have all stats maxed (not the last two green points) I have max authority and education too.
After pixie deals with dhena it says maybe lyx can unfreeze her but I cant find any option for it anywhere yet is that a later thing?
At the daycare I only get one "group play" option, do i need to do something to get more or is that all for now?
Do the council guardian and fish girl in the lake (explore options) do anything or are they just interesting easter eggs?
Im still in act 2 just got the manor nexus and went on the date with the receptionist if story position matters in any of my questions. Thanks for any answers as always

Because I admitedly havnt done a few of those because when I saw group play I just focused on getting the kids thinking I could play with all and not have to choose who got love and attention XD

I make CK using Koikatsu (available on Steam) which has no official licensing agreements but the parent company has publicly stated that they're happy for indie devs to use their assets (and have even defended devs against their own distributor in the past!). This means you can't put your game up on Steam if you decide to go this route, however - just something to bear in mind!
Yes, I use it to create all the scenes - CharaStudio, to be specific. If you uave the Steam version check out the "Guides" in Steam to learn how to get CharaStudio active in your version :)
I love that this shows how much of the story is well made despite it being a 18+ game, it gives people a reason to care and love the characters. Props to ya Arcadean.

Yes, you can move saves to and from any OS :) If you're on Android 11+, though, you'll either need a file explorer app or to plug your phone into your computer since Google made the "data" folder hidden a while back.
Claire occupies an interesting space midway between side girl and main girl. She won't have the heart menu that the main girls have, but she will have a lot more content than the other side girls do :)
This is a very good game, honestly the second best I've ever played. I wish you were rich, creating a game like this must be very difficult so I appreciate the work of all the creators of these games. I didn't want to see the end of this game but I will, and this game will be on my phone forever. Good luck with your work :)

As for Patreon, don't worry about it. Whilst the financial support is incredible (and super humbling) so long as people are playing my game and enjoying it, that's enough for me :)
Do we have any rough ideas on how low it'll be before we get most of characters back? Given usual schedule, and amount of characters, going to assume it'll take a couple of months minimum.
Not an insult about amount of content - considering weekly releases, its a neat amount per patch - but given that combined with amount of missing content in act 3 (between characters and the assumedly-needing-replacing-due-to-character-changes H scenes), I might need to put off weekly downloads for a bit because it'll be some time before we can really do much in act 3. If I want stuff to do in the game at the moment I'm better off with my act 2 save, which won't need updates to play.
I should be done repopulating the Manor within the next two updates, at which point the game world map will start to open up again, but no estimates on when Act Three is going to be as populated as Act Two, I'm afraid.
This is the curse of a solo dev on a weekly schedule :P Bearing in mind that Act Two was over two years in the making, and that I have to redo every single map scene, all the girls' outfits and some of their models, and you can see that it's going to take a little while to get everything up and running again.
On the plus side, the more I get done the faster the subsequent content will be, so every update will speed up every future update :)
Glad to hear the manor will be refilled as soon as that, though think I'm still going to have to wait a month or so. I enjoy being able to actually do stuff between events, so whilst don't need it to be quite as expansive as act 2, do need a little more to do first. Happy to wait though - let's face it, your update cycle is way faster than most developers, where you're lucky to get an update every three or four months (not complaining about them either, just stating fact).
All in all though, would prefer having to wait a bit before I play again to seeing the game suffer from over-hasty updates. So by all means glad to see you're taking the time to make it work :)
I just downloaded this game and played for a few days and its amazing. Its the first h game and visual novel i havnt gotten bored of after a few hours. I had a few questions related to the game (mainly design wise)
Will all the girls be ae to get pregnant eventually?
Will the children have a role other than just flavor?
How many acts are gonna be in the final product?
And lastly are there plans for more shortstacks/tiny girls? (I really like a good size difference XD )

As to your questions:
1. The idea is for almost all Main Girls (Roxy, Qarinah and Lyx are either "no" or "maybe"), most Side Girls and some One-shot Girls to be able to to be impregnated.
2. The pregnancy system is entirely optional and can be turned off in the Preferences menu, so they'll never have more than a supporting role in the game.
3. There will be three acts, plus an epilogue
4. No specific plans for more girls right now (there are 17 main girls, over 20 side girls and even more one-shot girls currently) but the upcoming story does require more characters so one or more of them may be shortstack ;)

Lyx is a "maybe-leaning-towards-yes", and Qarinah is a "maybe, but it'd be a dream pregnancy so she could muck around with it and the resulting kid wouldn't be in the daycare" so it gets confusing ;P

I have now gotten the manor nexus and maxed the love of every main girl except chastity and jessica, I will continue to cross my fingers for lyx and would be okay with dream waifu having a dream baby XD.
On a side note congratulations your H game made me cry and im not ashamed to admit it, after constant nightmares while playing (im on day 196) I had finally finished the Qarinah romance and contentedly returned to the manor to sleep and as the nightmare started to see Qarinah defend MC made me shed a happy tear for the MC.
If you're on pc just go to where you have the game stored, open the old version folder, then open the game folder and copy the folder that's named saves. Now just head back to the folder with the current version and paste the saves folder into the game folder there
You actually don't have to do this. All saves on PC, Mac and Linux are saved to two locations - one is in the game's "saves" folder and the other is stored in a separate location on your computer. When you load up a new version the game will search for saves in both locations and move them from the external folder into the "saves" folder for you if the "saves" folder is empty :)
In short, on PC, Mac and Linux you just extract the new version to a fresh folder and play!
Something i´d love to see (that may very well be in the process) is different animations for the diff levels of "services". Like past "Too much teeth" Gets a different animation, as well as the kissing that would be awesome
It's the kind of detail I'd love to include, but as a solo dev on a weekly release schedule it's sadly not feasible without adding another year or two to the development time and shrinking the amount of new content in each release.

Day 9 (I think): Damn my guys, that was a crazy week, not in a good way, I'm exhausted, couldn't write the next lists; who cares.
Anyways, Day 3 was kinda the end, I can't say that much about the others; either we have almost no content about them, they are almost a booty call, they're Lyx (don't get me wrong she's great, love her and Johnny) or someone like Chole, I feel bad for her. Poor thingy. It feels wrong in a way.
But yeah, that was the great list about the +50 characters but not a list and speedrun, I'm gonna return to my hole, so call me in 2 days. Drink water and remember: your nose looks great.

U know what really REALLY sucks. Not only are we unsure about the safety of everyone including your kids. Not only are we unsure of whats going to happen. But unless arcadean had a shit load of act 3 already preped and ready to be implemented. We can only get so much every week...kinda wish I waited a month before doing the act 2 finale

I am going, to be honest, I think that the fey that you helped except Morgana is going to side with the Mc since it would make sense but the store is good at plot twists I'm not going to expect it but maybe they will help. Ruin can be avoided if The mc Believes in his bonds of his comrades.
Gotta say, this game blew my mind. I was expecting the usual low effort, your-here-for-the-porn-anyway game experience that porn games are pretty much known for. What I got was me being addicted to this game and characters (and putting off some rl things I shouldn't have) that was a real treat I haven't gotten from non-porn games in a long, long time.
So thanks to the dev for reminding this old hermit why games are magic again. I had a blast.

I personally didn't expected anything just wanted to play anything really. Little did I knew I'd be waiting for each update since then. And almost speedruning through the game and making a whole week schedule (like Tuesdays with Gwen).

As for the Quiet Girl, that's on purpose. MC even comments on how odd it is (and if you try to do naughty things with the class at Max Authority, she reacts even odder). Quiet Girl mysteries, plus the mystery of the Sword Girl, will be revealed in Act Three (provided you max out Authority before doing the Act Two finale) :)
Wait i just realized in end of act 3 Aunt jessie said that there's fighting and everything is utter chaos and had to board the mansion but what about the kids the daycare? will they be alright?
If I remember correctly, we can't enter the farm at night because some protection or something, so Annie maybe has a back up plan, but it would be great if the kids went with their mothers too.

I'm quite curious about the mysterious merchant. I mean, I know that there are plenty of games (Resident Evil, RPG games and others) where there is a merchant wearing clothes that cover the whole body, making he or she look anonymous. Yes, on these games, the merchant is just a single-purpose NPC, which the purpose is to just sell and buy. However, there is something slightly different about this mysterious merchant on CK, I can't exactly point my finger on it, though. It seems that she knows more about the MC and the secrets of the game's world than I (the player) do and than she is letting out. Also, I don't know whether it means something or not, but her background music is kinda... Unique? Different?
Maybe she has something to do with 25's prophecy...
I've come here today to ask you, Arcadean: Are we going to learn more about her? Is she going to have a fundamental role during act 3? I mean, yes, she is just a mysterious merchant, but she seems to know too much to be ignored, not mentioning that she also has powers and seems to be too dangerous (she turned men into her horses).
I suspect she is a multidimensional legendary fey :P
Sorry, she just caught too much of my attention... Perhaps she is just a side character like the summoner and her pet.
Good eye - yes, the Mysterious Merchant is important (and those horses may not be exactly what they seem, either) and you will learn a little more about her in Act Three.
CK is the first in a planned trilogy, though, so some secrets may have to wait for the sequels... sorry! ;)
Am I the only one who finished the story of act 2 but didn't do all the side quests and is stuck in the room of the mansion without being able to get out. Is it a bug ?

1. Sword Girl and Quiet Girl are mysteries you can only solve in Act Three. Youre done with them for now.
2. Can't be done in Act Two (MC has no reason to free Dhena).
3. You need kids from more girls. Group events are tied to specific combinations of specific children.
4. Council Guardian's events will be in Act Three. The fishgirl you can move to the Marina once you own it and have met both fishgirls.

If that's the case, then do you just use Koikatsu for all assets and animations? If so that would help tremendously.

Usually releases drop every 10 to 15 days, but if you're in the patreon you can try it like a week earlier

I just downloaded this game and played for a few days and its amazing. Its the first h game and visual novel i havnt gotten bored of after a few hours. I had a few questions related to the game (mainly design wise)
Will all the girls be ae to get pregnant eventually?
Will the children have a role other than just flavor?
How many acts are gonna be in the final product?
And lastly are there plans for more shortstacks/tiny girls? (I really like a good size difference XD )

As to your questions:
1. The idea is for almost all Main Girls (Roxy, Qarinah and Lyx are either "no" or "maybe"), most Side Girls and some One-shot Girls to be able to to be impregnated.
2. The pregnancy system is entirely optional and can be turned off in the Preferences menu, so they'll never have more than a supporting role in the game.
3. There will be three acts, plus an epilogue
4. No specific plans for more girls right now (there are 17 main girls, over 20 side girls and even more one-shot girls currently) but the upcoming story does require more characters so one or more of them may be shortstack ;)

Im super excited to see where the story goes from here. Im still progressing in act 2 for now and will probably take a break once i hit act 3 to wait for updates etc. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for making this story. I have been obsessively playing for hours each day finding side events and easter eggs and just enjoying it. I only just found the family dates and i love them so much! So wholesome i could cry happy tears.

Lyx is a "maybe-leaning-towards-yes", and Qarinah is a "maybe, but it'd be a dream pregnancy so she could muck around with it and the resulting kid wouldn't be in the daycare" so it gets confusing ;P

I have now gotten the manor nexus and maxed the love of every main girl except chastity and jessica, I will continue to cross my fingers for lyx and would be okay with dream waifu having a dream baby XD.
On a side note congratulations your H game made me cry and im not ashamed to admit it, after constant nightmares while playing (im on day 196) I had finally finished the Qarinah romance and contentedly returned to the manor to sleep and as the nightmare started to see Qarinah defend MC made me shed a happy tear for the MC.
How do you transfer your progress to the latest version?
If you're on pc just go to where you have the game stored, open the old version folder, then open the game folder and copy the folder that's named saves. Now just head back to the folder with the current version and paste the saves folder into the game folder there
You actually don't have to do this. All saves on PC, Mac and Linux are saved to two locations - one is in the game's "saves" folder and the other is stored in a separate location on your computer. When you load up a new version the game will search for saves in both locations and move them from the external folder into the "saves" folder for you if the "saves" folder is empty :)
In short, on PC, Mac and Linux you just extract the new version to a fresh folder and play!
I updated from the itch launcher and it didn't bring over the saves for me, only the autosaves.
If you're on mobile you just need to install the apk file as an update without uninstalling the current version.

Something i´d love to see (that may very well be in the process) is different animations for the diff levels of "services". Like past "Too much teeth" Gets a different animation, as well as the kissing that would be awesome

It's the kind of detail I'd love to include, but as a solo dev on a weekly release schedule it's sadly not feasible without adding another year or two to the development time and shrinking the amount of new content in each release.

Go to the Outskirts map (the one with the farm) and click on the "EXPLORE" button. Then keep exploring and once you run out of events, pay attention to the text hints :)

Day 9 (I think): Damn my guys, that was a crazy week, not in a good way, I'm exhausted, couldn't write the next lists; who cares.
Anyways, Day 3 was kinda the end, I can't say that much about the others; either we have almost no content about them, they are almost a booty call, they're Lyx (don't get me wrong she's great, love her and Johnny) or someone like Chole, I feel bad for her. Poor thingy. It feels wrong in a way.
But yeah, that was the great list about the +50 characters but not a list and speedrun, I'm gonna return to my hole, so call me in 2 days. Drink water and remember: your nose looks great.

U know what really REALLY sucks. Not only are we unsure about the safety of everyone including your kids. Not only are we unsure of whats going to happen. But unless arcadean had a shit load of act 3 already preped and ready to be implemented. We can only get so much every week...kinda wish I waited a month before doing the act 2 finale

I will say that things will go very differently with each main girl depending on whether you got them to Level Four Love before the finale or not!
Gotta say, this game blew my mind. I was expecting the usual low effort, your-here-for-the-porn-anyway game experience that porn games are pretty much known for. What I got was me being addicted to this game and characters (and putting off some rl things I shouldn't have) that was a real treat I haven't gotten from non-porn games in a long, long time.
So thanks to the dev for reminding this old hermit why games are magic again. I had a blast.

As for the Quiet Girl, that's on purpose. MC even comments on how odd it is (and if you try to do naughty things with the class at Max Authority, she reacts even odder). Quiet Girl mysteries, plus the mystery of the Sword Girl, will be revealed in Act Three (provided you max out Authority before doing the Act Two finale) :)
Wait i just realized in end of act 3 Aunt jessie said that there's fighting and everything is utter chaos and had to board the mansion but what about the kids the daycare? will they be alright?
If I remember correctly, we can't enter the farm at night because some protection or something, so Annie maybe has a back up plan, but it would be great if the kids went with their mothers too.
They have Annie and Kana with them, and the daycare was built to withstand whatever Fey abilities the kids may manifest which should help.
On the other hand, they're also isolated, right next to Morgana's HQ, a war is going on around them and rumours have spread that MC is dead.
So basically... who knows?

I'm quite curious about the mysterious merchant. I mean, I know that there are plenty of games (Resident Evil, RPG games and others) where there is a merchant wearing clothes that cover the whole body, making he or she look anonymous. Yes, on these games, the merchant is just a single-purpose NPC, which the purpose is to just sell and buy. However, there is something slightly different about this mysterious merchant on CK, I can't exactly point my finger on it, though. It seems that she knows more about the MC and the secrets of the game's world than I (the player) do and than she is letting out. Also, I don't know whether it means something or not, but her background music is kinda... Unique? Different?
Maybe she has something to do with 25's prophecy...
I've come here today to ask you, Arcadean: Are we going to learn more about her? Is she going to have a fundamental role during act 3? I mean, yes, she is just a mysterious merchant, but she seems to know too much to be ignored, not mentioning that she also has powers and seems to be too dangerous (she turned men into her horses).
I suspect she is a multidimensional legendary fey :P
Sorry, she just caught too much of my attention... Perhaps she is just a side character like the summoner and her pet.
Good eye - yes, the Mysterious Merchant is important (and those horses may not be exactly what they seem, either) and you will learn a little more about her in Act Three.
CK is the first in a planned trilogy, though, so some secrets may have to wait for the sequels... sorry! ;)

Am I the only one who finished the story of act 2 but didn't do all the side quests and is stuck in the room of the mansion without being able to get out. Is it a bug ?
It's not a bug dw. It's like the previous version where you had to wait with artifact until the next update.
