Loving the updates and the game but I feel like I somehow missed out on things since some outfits are locked to me still and I have done everything I can to this point, am I doing something wrong or missing something?

Sure, no problem - always happy to help budding game developers! Just don't forget me when you become rich and famous! ;)
For coding I use Ren'py. For the art I use Koikatsu and edit in Photoshop for renders and Premiere Pro for animations. For music and sound editing I use Audacity (make sure to balance the decibel levels for all your music and sound! I use -16 for music and -12 for sound effects)
As for tips and tricks, well, the two biggest pieces of advice I can give is, one, that CONSISTENCY IS KING! Players will forgive a lot of beginner miss-steps and mistakes if your updates are regular and consistent. Secondly, under-promise and over-deliver. This is something I'm TERRIBLE at, but it's much better to keep your scope small and expand when you have the time, opportunity and energy, than to start out biting off more than you can chew and end up struggling or even having to give up on the planned thing entirely.
Apart from that, just off the top of my head:
1. A good trick for making characters recognisable is to give all of them different speech patterns.
2. Make sure your characters all have AT LEAST these three things: A strength, a weakness and a fear.
3. Listen to your playerbase but don't be ruled by them. You want to make them happy, of course, but never at the cost of your vision for the story.
4. The most important parts of any scene are framing and lighting

Only a select number of main girls can get preggers (for now)
And well, to get them pregnant you have to get them to 4 hearts and also visit the nexus (progress with Pixie to get access)
If you've done the two previous requirements then you might also want to know you can only have one kid per mother (gender and appearance is set), that means in the daycare or in the mother (girl might already be preggers so wait a couple of days up to a week)
Got another question (take back what I said about exploration lmao), anyone care to look back at their own exploration ad tell me the route for Human Torchette if its not too much trouble?
Got the fire proof got burnt…now is says explore in town, but I hit everywhere I could imagine there already.
The only thing I’m unable to do atm is lift the sewer grate, so I went to the Bull Rider hoping to get ‘buffed’ (sorry, been up for wayyy too long), names are eluding me entirely and my PC is mid repair, just where I got stuck before I started.
So met with Sex Lone Soldier, burnt a baseball, made the drink…now I can’t do anything with either of them and I’m sick of playing contra lol

Getting an error in linux when unpacking v0.14.2 for PC/Linux. Its saying "Extracting Files (Failed): Failed to read data for entry: CorruptedKingdoms-0.14.2-pc/game/audio.rpa" Not sure what the error is but I figured you may want to know. Great game btw! Looking forward to updating from v0.13.1
Try 7-Zip if your on PC, try the Alternate Download mode regardless, and make sure if your downloading on a phone your not trying to unpack a version that was stopped during a data download and the file size is around 1.19 GB,
I’ve downloaded it at least four times from the most recent links using 7-Zip to extract it on Windows 7 (I was having a renpy issue, nothing to do with this game), and the worst case scenario I have come across was when downloading on my phone over data I would sometimes get two copies, one that had never completed the download and one that had restarted with a (1) at the end of the filename so it wouldn’t be considered an archive when I looked at it on Windows in my phone until I copied it and renamed it.
I can assure you it is NOT the actual archive, it is either the program your using to extract it or a failed download.
Ok I have to ask…ever since I read about a glitch with Ami Astral projecting into the wrong place and being given cheese (lmao on that one)
I have seen no Ami, they’re not on the gallery if I unlock it (neither are the pool girls, although I have did that quest line?…among others like “waking up”, night clubbing, night creeping lol, etc.), I’m still following gramps leads (just have the seed from the demonic nun) and haven’t went to the nexus yet.
Am I heading toward that part or is it somewhere I need to explore because I have tried almost every direction in exploration I can think of.
We need a list of those paths somewhere lol…its fun to find out what we’ll find, but its just repetitive to rewind and try to remember which direction was a screw up lol.
The gallery doesn't contain all the scenes in the game.
It's not meant to, it's main purpose is for players to be able to replay scenes that are not repeatable, because older saves might break.
Sometimes Arc adds repeatable scenes anyway, because he feels like it. But it's not the norm, probably won't be until the game is finished.
Ami appears during the main story, the fey branch of the main story. At some point you get the chance of inviting her to the manor, you'll get a repeatable scene in her room. She might also just not be in her room, she might be around the house, but it's just a background thing without much meaning.
The explore system doesn't really have that much mystery to it. If you go into a wrong direction you have a big chance of accidentally wandering into a location you didn't discover before. You can check discovered locations on "Remember".

That was one LONG branch of too much repeating the same thing over and over, but the END of it wow.

Glitch wasn't as interesting as it sounds. Arc just likes to add his spice, even to the mundane stuff like the changelogs. Way less boring than "fixed an issue with Ami appearing in the wrong location"

The explore feature is often a focus of complaints. I personally never realised that when going in a "wrong" direction, you may end up in some undiscovered location. I just brute forced it until I got it right.
Arc wants to prioritise the story over lewds. Hard to keep a good balance of both.
I just figured with Hana and Ard…well, you know. I suppose that could go ANY way at this point.
And lets not forget Chloe, I just hit that part a little while ago haha.
I know it was just Arc being funny rather than boring bug reports, same as the cheese comment (I honestly almost said the poor wabbit died on easter until that hit me lol)
And I know it was Singular, I said Devs as in the ‘developers’ choice, since someone here mistook you for the dev before.
In my opinion, Arc is doing a damn good job balancing both…enough lewd content to drag you in if that was your main reason for playing any of the games on here–and once the story gets you, bam your hooked.

At least it would all be optional, so you could avoid it, good decision on that.

For some reason, Itch has decided that all files uploaded via Butler will now be packaged in zip folders, regardless of the original file extension. I don't know why. I suggest you send them a strongly-worded letter!
can someone help me please?? i used to download the game in android but since 0.14.x i cant download it in android it always say "app not installed" and i dont know why i removed the last version from my phone and i have like 5gb of free storage and the issue stills :(
At this point I would recommend going to the playstore and downloading Split APK Installer (SAI). Some users claim that using it to install the apk works, but even if it doesnt, it will at least give you a proper error message.
At the same time, I feel obligated to mention this. By uninstalling the app you deleted your savefiles.
In the future, you may consider making a copy of your saves, if you ever uninstall the game or decide to move into PC/Mac. You could also borrow someone else's save if you don't feel like replaying, but I won't provide it here, check the discord if needed.

i can't get to authority 4 can anyone help me? i went from 0.13.5 to 0.14.2 and i checked with Veronica and Madison and they aren't letting me do anything
Did you buy the college? (Get Madison to love level 4 and then talk to her in her Mansion) After that, just go to the college office and select "Do Administrative Work"
So when I use Drift at the college courtyard it says "its almost feels like there's something nearby but muffled. its too weak to drift to, though" is this actually something accessible or is it for future content. wanting to ask so I don't spend more time trying to figure it out than I already have.

No, no more main girls. Main girls are supposed to have loads of content on their own, which makes things difficult when you have 17 of them. None of the main girls have gone to full main girl potential, the only one close but still far from that is Jessica.
It's a shame it wasn't 16 or 18 main girls, nice divisible number.
But no, Arc doesn't seem to be able to limit his scope, so he adds more and more side characters that are supposed to appear a handful of times only but then people get attached to them and he's forced to make them come back.
No, no more main girls. From what I heard, Claire is going to be a pseudo-main girl. But that's it.

Hey, just played through pretty much everything that’s currently available and had a great time.
Quick question on the distribution model:
Unavailable content (levels, etc) is in two types: Some, like current advanced magic upgrades, are just crossed out, whereas some, like max love levels and the max stats are yellowed with a lock.
Does that mean that some content is/will be gated to patreon-only? Is it already? Is that only for cheats (if such, maybe not making them show up if cheats are inactive and making a note on the cheat menu would be less confusing?)?
It got me a bit unsure (with the obvious implication here being that I’m not in the patreon/ss)
Nah, there's no patreon-locked bullshit over here. The only benefits of the supporter version are getting it 3 days earlier... Yes, three days. And sometimes it might even end up being a drawback, since the game could come out with some gamebreaking bugs that are usually fixed by the time the public version comes out.
The locked heart and stats mean they're locked until the third act of the story. We're currently near the end of the second act.
And what cheat menu? The only official cheats are in the MC's bedroom laptop for unlocking the scene gallery and adding money. The use of third party tools or tampering with save editors and/or console are not behaviour encouraged by the dev. So if you fuck up something along the way, I'm afraid that's on you.
In summary, you're bound to wait like the rest of us. One dev, weekly updates. This might take a while.
Yeah, when I said “cheat menu” I meant from the laptop. Haven’t felt the need to mess with ye olde decompiler or anything like that. Thought to do it in order to figure out everything about the “explorable” areas (and potential hidden nexus keys) but as I played through I got the impressions maps for those will end up at the magic vendor at some point so elected to exercise patience instead =)
That’s all great news to hear, will keep an eye out for upcoming updates and make sure to throw a few bucks in next time I download, it’s definitely worth it. Lots of good work from everyone involved in this, for sure

I’ve never worked with anything like renpy so i don’t know how complicated the engine is or if you had a lot of the art done before hand (or maybe its motion model based).
But the scripting alone (meaning the actually writing, not the technical scripting lol) must take up a lot of your time.

Ok, I have pretty much everything done, the leads are complete, heart cards are maxed, I'm in act 2, I have max education and college authority, etc... But, I'm wondering, how do you do the naughty with the big 3? Whenever I ask Madison, it says that I can't go any further in this version of the game. Am I dumb? Or is something behaving weirdly?
How? The only option remotely related to that is "ask about the big 3" and that just says that I can't do anything else in this version. (im on version 14.1 btw)
So when you have authority level 3. * You try to increase authority, it fails. * You talk to Madison to get the PTA moms to go to your club. * You succeed in getting them on your side. * You try to increase authority, it works. * You can now talk to Madison again to talk more to the PTA moms, starting with the mother of the pool twins.
I don't know why it wouldn't work. The event was added on 0.14.1 having a continuation on 0.14.2

Yes, you need to send the child to the Artifact to have another from the certain mom, the gender of the child will be the same tho, also the same appearance.
You can bring Madison to the beach when you increased her Love Level enough.
Someone already answered, but yeah, you didn't pay attention, only one kid per mother, the ones you send to the artifact pretty much stop existing unless you bring them back.
And the genders are set. The girls that give birth to boys will always give birth to boys and so on. Same appearance and personality, basically it's the exact same kid and the only reason to send them to the nexus is if you have a preggo fetish.
Also Madison will only go to the beach if you have a kid with her.
for some reason when i go to morganas to talk about the nexus after i do so it doesnt let me leave it just says look for morgana and repeats the same dialogue im very confused
When did you download the game, and from where? Because that's a bug from about a month ago on a version that was never released to the public and only exists on old pirated copies these days. If it's showing up again then that's worrying! :P
You can download the latest version in this very website, it's free, just click "No thanks, just take me to the downloads"
Try saving your current saved files folder when you download the latest version then paste it in the new version, no guarantee if it will work just fine, but I don't see why it won't.
After some time, when going to Jessica's office she will say she has a message for you, and you will be able to buy the field. With that, you unlock the "FIELD" icon in the map of the outskirts. And the merchant in there, of course.

Downloaded the update now every time I try to launch the app an error appears saying my access is denied.

Pretty sure you have to go to the burning apartment if you haven't already. It's in the towns explorations, West>North>West

The burning building.
If you get stuck check the other floor before coming back to the one you got stuck on, it will make sense when you get there.
Also after the burning building becomes the no-longer-burning building you can go back for two more side events.
People seem to miss those.

The issue in the upload process seems to have been fixed.
The android download is back to being just an APK.

You need the goblin witch, you can find her in the the outskirts (map where you find the farm and Morgana's place)
In there, hit explore.
If you don't feel like trying every single combination.
First Encounter: North > West > South
She tells you to go all the way south, all the way south means:
South > South > South
You get an item, if you check it in your inventory you'll know where to go next.
Now you should have the cottage as a map icon.

Yeah, some weird thing happened in the upload process.
For some reason itch.io is putting the apk inside a zip.
So you can either find a way to unpack the zip or use the download links on Patreon/Subscribestar until this whole mess is fixed.
The public version in Pat/SS is the same as the one posted here.

You talk to the other staff members, they say stuff that contradicts what other said, so you do that.
But perhaps you don't feel like figuring it out.
So...
Check Ami's room then confront Dhena with what you find there.
Talk to Emmet and confront Erica with his evidence.
After that, you can use Erica's evidence on Ard.
And finally Ard's evidence on Hana.
I may or may not have missed a step, haven't done this in a while.

For some reason, Itch has decided that all files uploaded via Butler will now be packaged in zip folders, regardless of the original file extension. I don't know why. I suggest you send them a strongly-worded letter!
can someone help me please?? i used to download the game in android but since 0.14.x i cant download it in android it always say "app not installed" and i dont know why i removed the last version from my phone and i have like 5gb of free storage and the issue stills :(

At this point I would recommend going to the playstore and downloading Split APK Installer (SAI).
Some users claim that using it to install the apk works, but even if it doesnt, it will at least give you a proper error message.
At the same time, I feel obligated to mention this.
By uninstalling the app you deleted your savefiles.
In the future, you may consider making a copy of your saves, if you ever uninstall the game or decide to move into PC/Mac.
You could also borrow someone else's save if you don't feel like replaying, but I won't provide it here, check the discord if needed.

Main girls are supposed to have loads of content on their own, which makes things difficult when you have 17 of them.
None of the main girls have gone to full main girl potential, the only one close but still far from that is Jessica.
It's a shame it wasn't 16 or 18 main girls, nice divisible number.
But no, Arc doesn't seem to be able to limit his scope, so he adds more and more side characters that are supposed to appear a handful of times only but then people get attached to them and he's forced to make them come back.

Quick question on the distribution model:
Unavailable content (levels, etc) is in two types: Some, like current advanced magic upgrades, are just crossed out, whereas some, like max love levels and the max stats are yellowed with a lock.
Does that mean that some content is/will be gated to patreon-only? Is it already? Is that only for cheats (if such, maybe not making them show up if cheats are inactive and making a note on the cheat menu would be less confusing?)?

The locked heart and stats mean they're locked until the third act of the story.

The only official cheats are in the MC's bedroom laptop for unlocking the scene gallery and adding money.
The use of third party tools or tampering with save editors and/or console are not behaviour encouraged by the dev.

Thought to do it in order to figure out everything about the “explorable” areas (and potential hidden nexus keys) but as I played through I got the impressions maps for those will end up at the magic vendor at some point so elected to exercise patience instead =)

I’ve never worked with anything like renpy so i don’t know how complicated the engine is or if you had a lot of the art done before hand (or maybe its motion model based).
But the scripting alone (meaning the actually writing, not the technical scripting lol) must take up a lot of your time.

Like, the only content the PTA moms have is that you can have a private meeting with the mother of the pool twins (blonde one).
And in the next update you just get an extra scene with for the mom and scenes with the twins.
Then how do you do the private meeting with the mom?

* You succeed in getting them on your side.
* You try to increase authority, it works.
* You can now talk to Madison again to talk more to the PTA moms, starting with the mother of the pool twins.

Yes, you need to send the child to the Artifact to have another from the certain mom, the gender of the child will be the same tho, also the same appearance.
You can bring Madison to the beach when you increased her Love Level enough.
Someone already answered, but yeah, you didn't pay attention, only one kid per mother, the ones you send to the artifact pretty much stop existing unless you bring them back.
And the genders are set. The girls that give birth to boys will always give birth to boys and so on.
Same appearance and personality, basically it's the exact same kid and the only reason to send them to the nexus is if you have a preggo fetish.
Also Madison will only go to the beach if you have a kid with her.
Download some of the great graphic mods for koikatsu and make the mc a bigger and better dong = profit.

You can download the latest version in this very website, it's free, just click "No thanks, just take me to the downloads"
Try saving your current saved files folder when you download the latest version then paste it in the new version, no guarantee if it will work just fine, but I don't see why it won't.

I would ask which platform, as to give you tips on how to prevent this in the future.
For once, Android will lose the saves if you uninstall the game.
PC or Mac shouldn't... At least if anything is working as intended, which might not be the case.
