If you have a save from near the end of episode 3 Windows will auto find the save files if you do not uninstall the game before playing the new one. Android you will have to manually move the saves. I have no idea for macs
I have not played Life Changing Choices yet but I see some familiar faces from that game (Ms. Jess, her friend, Klara's niece). Are the two stories in the same universe (like Niichan Cinematic Universe =)) ) or do they have any connection ? This makes me so excited.

You do have a option to not like the character. I hope you can eventually move on from what ever happened with this person you hate so much, but its better in the long term to forget about the bad people whom came into your life and use it as a learning experience rather then carry that hate around with you. As a matter of fact this game has a big focus on moving on and not holding on to hate or seeking revenge.
