You need to right click on the file once downloaded at the bottom left of the tab, whether its chrome or something else. Click on open. then right click the file titles "OggaBogga.exe," select run/open (depending on your pc) and you will be told to extract the files. Click "extract all" and a new tab should pop up telling you the publisher is unknown. If you run Windows, click on "read more" and then "download" will appear at the bottom right. Another files tab will appear and from there right click on "OggaBogga.exe" again. From here, you click run. That should start it. If you want to make a shortcut, right click on the file and select "create shortcut." "OggaBogga.exe -shortcut" should show up in the file. drag this to your desktop and rename it if you want by right-clicking and selecting rename, type in whatever, I just did OggaBogga. then double click on your shortcut that and it should run! For this game, yes, but if you want to play any other games, you might want to go a bit higher end. You can cobble together a really decent vr pc with a 1070/1060 for about $500. I don't reccommend the rx470, just to play one game.

Old HP Computer? It probably can't even run the game dude. Plus, you need the Oculus Link cable to plug your Quest into your PC, if it'll even work.
