I can state with full certanity, that even if this game never gets an update (which would be sad but c'est comme ça), I'll never be able to forget about its existence for a long time at once. It's awesome, and I love this, and I really hope the author is doing okay. Even if it won't be finished, it already brought a lot of people joy, so basically the existence of these chapters is a gift in itself.
I hope the author is okay :( it's been 2 years since they gave an update(that I know of) I genuinely do hope they're mentally doing okay, and I know they don't owe us that but I still hope they're doing okay.
to the recent string of entitled comments (thankfully not all were such). this game is being provided FOR FREE and made from the dev's own free will and motivation.
I don't think those type of comments will motivate them to actually continue the story. I know we all loved what was up so far, but they're not obligated to give us anything. Let them decide what to do with it and if they choose to return, let them do it at their own time.
I'm not saying to not leave a comment--I'm sure the dev appreciates them, but at least be more mindful about it?? This is the game page go rant somewhere else

i have started reading books less and less over the past few years because I get easily attached to things, that includes fictional characters and stories
I Hate reading such good stories like this because I’m never happy with the ending, I always want to keep reading even after whatever conflict they went through is over
the elder scrolls 6, TES5: Skyrim came out 13 years ago… I find it hilarious that GTA fans are mad that they have to wait one more year, even though it’s only been ten years
meanwhile us TES fans have been waiting 13 years and we only have a 30 second trailer that shows a landscape, nothing saying where it’s based, nothing, not even a true title, we’ll likely have to wait closer to 20 years
Wayfarer, A tale of crowns, Scout.. the trinity of ifs to me. Wish Anya would at least poke in here or on the tumblr to let us know they are OK and if they will come back or not. Until then... checking every month lol.
I love this game! It reminds me of another game like this but with tons of NSFW content. It was set in the wild west and you have to defeat the enemy that tried to use you as a toy. I dont really remember the name of this game and if someone does please tell me. I am DYING to figure out what the game is so i can play more games like this! :)

all jokes aside this is an amazing game and it broke my heart to find that it was abandoned, I still have hope that the author find themselves in a good place and pick up this project again. For anyone wanting to fill the hole in their hearts I would recommend superstition here on itch.io, its really good and actually the reason I'm here since I'm waiting for their hiatus on season 3!
