Sure, froggit runs away after talking to him a couple of times, but some people seem to not be able to be spared. The only way to end the battle is to kill them, as there is no run away for some reason. Lastly, why do you kill the prison master even after you go through all the effort of sparing her? It seems kinda counter intuitive.

there are cards for enemies (rare drop chance but the combo move Negotation between frisk and nazrin can get you them easier) and if you collect them all and take them to the black market it opens a secret room, which has another fishing spot
