What I think is somewhat funny is that often passwords are less save stored in rl than in LSO. I have somewhere a txt for some...
So not only has it a good story and concept but it shows common human behaviors too and makes her realistic. Please keep that up with errors like opening E-Mail attachments without checking it or the user needs to look up E-Mails from other people in the "to" section of a chainmail.

Maybe it helps as reference for some concepts or ideas: There is a somewhat similar game but in modern & funny called "The Pizza Situation" where one tries to influence others via chats and looks up stuff on the web. It is about 40% finished and last updated a few years ago.
Im in aww like wth i never thought i could get so immersed into a puzzle game. IF you even can i wish there was more to the story like what it someone else found the computer and the cycle repeated but that time they are able to free them and let them pass on or come back to life.
so cool! i loved the story building and use of different programs and ideas! never felt like it was impossible and i was engaged the whole time! would love to see more :D

Love it. The game captures the online vibes of the 2000s as a teenager ... it was super nostalgic! I enjoyed the worldview and the puzzles. It's not too spooky if you control the background music!
this is without a doubt one of the best puzzle games on here, loved the atmosphere that was created!! ending made me a bit sad too honestly, such a beautiful game! excited to see what you come out with next <3
Id love to see a continuation of this or maybe even a longer version. This was so good and so unexpected! Absolutely loved it and almost teared up at the end. Great work!
This game is genius. The storytelling, the mechanics, how immersive it is, the extremely eerie and creepy aspect, and even the emotional rollercoaster it sent me on. It seems so real, not in my feeling like I was there, but in how realistic and relatable it is. Her regret and innocence, her friend's grief and reminiscence, and the real issues people go through in life. She just wanted to escape. It feels like a hidden meaning, maybe about wanting to die or written from the perspective of someone who lost a person close to them. The message I got was that escape from life might bring prior ecstasy but conclude in post-regret. Overall I give this game a solid10/10, and would love to play more games from this creator. Beautiful work.
Side note: that webcam part scared the absolute crap out of me, well done
Yeah nice game ! I really had fun playing it. Nostalgic and a little bit spooky, cool atmosphere and visual, hard but possible puzzles , and interesting story. Hope to see sequel =)
(At the end I missed some messages and stuff cause it was really fast.That's sad. I'm not a native English speaker)
There are two little corners of a frame on the wallpaper. If you put the music player in the frame, the numbers with the arrows will show you the order of the songs
I really didn't expect the ending but I enjoyed it so much! The puzzles were clever too, and it took me some time to get through lol. Still, I'm intrigued and have many questions!! Thank you for the game!!

This was a fun mix of 00's internet and "Worlds Online" lore. I enjoyed the approach and the puzzles. They were tricky, but not too tricky.

How do you get past the knocking part?
When you click on the pictures with the candles, the stars show you what pattern to do the knocking. Long star = long knock, short star = short knock
