Hey there! We're not having the issue on our end - if you could try a reinstall that would be fantastic! It might be a mac specific issue, in which case we'll need to spend some time investigating it <3

figured out the issue! the error only happens when i start the game from the itch.io desktop app. if i start the game from my finder window, the save function works just fine
Hello, I played the demo only seeing the title (mac) and I'm honestly so, so taken aback because how is this free, lol. I know you're going to lock custom stuff behind the paywall (I really appreciate it tbf, because this looks like it's so much effort). This in-depth character customisation is so rare to see, honestly I'm surprised. (Also Death being a cutie but that's another issue, had to cover my mouth throughout because it was so hilarious in some odd way).
If we were to ask for custom stuff (like outfit, hairstyles, glasses, etc), could it be implemented in the base game but have it locked between paywall? It could make people want to try out paywalled hairstyles and stuff that way.

How do you add the DLC? I can't seem to figure it out (im looking at steam aswell and idk where the steam key activation things are 😭)

For the itchio version, you just drop the unzip the file and drop the .rpa file INTO the base game's game folder!

I think you have to buy the DLC that is the whole game.
The DLC is just some extra customization/choices/one ending, the base game is free!
