Wow, when I opened up itch.io and saw how Reform School was trending I immediately got on and saw the release notes. Made my entire day. I thought that Marky's route would only be reserved for subs but I was very wrong! Literally twitching the entire time as I read through. Yes! (I also enjoyed the similarities with the sub route, very nice touch.) Marky and Samuel are my favorite characters so I swooned when I read that Samuel's Movie Night route is the next update. Hit two jackpots in one go. Keep up the fantastic work! I can't wait for the next release! <3
Ugh I'm now in love with the dom MC-Marky dynamic as well, really like how messy and toxic the co-dependency is and it's honestly the reason why Marky is my favorite character.

Sorry, but that won't happen. Avatars are as far as I'm going with character art. I've been very open about my choice of not using art / images / videos / porn to illustrate the game, other than the avatars. I think it would be detrimental to the experience and to my writing.
Oh okay that’s fine! Just in case of confusion and this isn’t me trying to pry but it’s just in case you didn’t no and I swear it’s not me trying to be rude. But character ai isn’t about art it’s where you can describe a character and make it so the public can kind of like talk to that character. It’s hard to describe but you should definitely check it out even if it’s not creating your characters on it. It’s a lot of fun!

I'm not adding it. I think text by itself is more arousing than images. I like erotica. Using images to me would feel like a crutch and I wouldn't be so descriptive. Honestly I think it would detract from the experience.
Plus, it would take a lot of time to do that and for it to look good. I'm a perfectionist and I would only accept the best looking art.
Finally, my ancient PC can't run Stable Diffusion. My machine is like 10+ years old. I would have to ask someone else to do the work for me.
So, very definitively: Sorry, but it's not happening. This game will always be text-only.

I know that all characters are bullies and I usually hate bullies as I was bullied myself as a kid (but I knew what I was getting into when I started playing this game!) and out of all of them, Marky is the most typical bully... The bully that is likely familiar to all of us who were bullied.

And what's with that hidden almost sweet (and fucked up) side he has? I was shocked when I realized that I found him endearing at one point (when he tried to be nice to MC so that he wouldn't run away again, lol), what the heck is wrong with me XD I legit wanna romance him, but I'm aware this game isn't gonna be very romantic so I'm not gonna complain.
That being said, it's a good game, I'm really looking forwards to the updates!

Marky can be nice and borderline romantic if he gets his way. But, remember, he's abusive, so he'll turn on you on a dime, as soon as you do anything wrong, and snap back into evil mode.

uh is there any way to turn the portraits off? i don't like how they look like (full grown adults despite still beig in school) and would like to imagine them myself
If you really want to see the game without them, I guess you can download the game and delete the avatars manually from the folder. It'll break the image. It'll look weird but no portraits.

Marky is arguably the most important character in the game. His "date" is not coming in the next update but he appears in both the Tyler and the Emmett dates.

As for the routes, Marky, Haruki and Samuel get both dom and sub routes. Tyler is exclusive for subs, Emmett exclusive for doms.
I'm excited to write the Samuel date. It's all mapped in my head, I just need to put pen to paper, so to speak.

I assumed you meant that one where you feed it a script and it animates an avatar to speak. Akin to some scenes in Bound To College.
Now that I think about it, I have visited character.ai before and chatted a bit with some random character there.
Putting my character on an AI website unrelated to my project is just not something I'm aiming for. Although I understand your interest in it.

Almost all File Managers for Android open zips. Google has one, for instance. Your phone certainly has one such app.
