What if I made it so a randomly selected Evil Student from the Evil Student Trio (which originates from BFNS Remastered) chases you instead when you are playing as Baldi? I think that could work. And I agree with the idea from Haroon Plays to make it so beating Story Mode while playing as Baldi will give you a different (but still currently placeholder) ending than when you beat it as a different player.
Imagine if in the multiplayer player competitive mode there like a mode that makes one player baldi and other the second one null the third one a evil student and the fourth one the player.
Because Story Mode is still under development, meaning the ending is going to change in later versions when it's more complete. It should still hopefully be an interesting ending for beating Floor 2 as Baldi though.
