Got a werid one, ive got an oculus quest 2 and everytime i attempt to load into VR no matter how it is done half the screen is black, but seems to be directly reliant to the position of the headset. Any ideas?
I'm really hyped for this game, I can't wait to see how it turns out once it's complete!
I think this game has a huge potential, love how you also included other kinks besides pregnancy, I had a blast filling Cannoli with different substances and seeing how her body reacted to each of them.

Hi sorry. The engine has a setting called instanced stereo or something. It doesn't appear to work on all devices. Ill look into a way of disabling it.
That's a baseclass. It has no function itself, it just provides base functionality for other item types. I need to find a way for the loader to filter out ones that shouldn't be used
Heyy! This might sound kinda dumb but how can you make Canolli pregnant? (And to make her give birth pretty much) Like, making some of her parts birthable and stuff? It's pretty easy to get lost on the game! I love it tho, its pretty good!
First off, amazing game, I've loved every second of trying it out. Second, I noticed there was the "blueberry" option for inserting via phone, but I gotta ask, is there a prop blueberry you can find and give to them?
I don’t know if this is a known issue or not, but the whole pipe system seems to be broken. I can’t use any of the yellow connectors, the sprinklers stop connecting to things after being moved and the firehose only seems to collect pressure.
EDIT: I’ve realized that the whole issue I mentioned with the connectors is the same as the sprinklers, they stop letting you connect after you move them.
EDIT2: Also, I noticed that the “gas” content control doesn’t seem to work.

Though I will admit that using the phone in vr is awkward; The small screen, alongside having to hold down the grip to use the pointer starts to get uncomfortable after a while.
I also had this weird thing where starting VR would give me weird double vision/one eye misalligned, I assume it has something to do with the resolution scale, as switching to windowed with alt+enter and changing that setting to 100 or above fixed it.
Bug aside though, since I know it's still VERY early in developement and these'll get ironed out with time, I'm loving what you've got so far! Cant' wait to see what else get's done with this!
Small thing for anyone interested to play this (Was gonna write this on the FA journal but it seems more useful here):
Since the game doesn't seem to have a framelimiter option yet, I used Rivaturner to set it to 60. However You need to pick the right .exe for that, which would be "Momulator-Win64-DebugGame.exe" (You also need to launch that specific .exe to get the game to run at 60).
Trying to use this in VR, half of the screen is black. I don't know if the error "Lighting needs to be rebuilt" is relevant, but it keeps telling me that, and to run the console command DumpUnbuiltLightInteractions
I imagine this probably has something to do with why half of the screen is black, but I can't be sure
I am! I haven't really sorted out much for incentives, but the support would mean a lot! I plan to use it more once i figure out ideally how to handle that.
Heard the next demo is almost complete! Super excited to finally try it out! Good luck finishing the last remaining fixes and features, CaptainElderly!

oh I feel that, I know what that must feel like. Not sure if the its a good advice or not, try to remember what it was about what you're doing that you enjoyed the most, maybe that can get you back on track? Otherwise just take it easy and take care of your health first!
Thank you for the bug report. In the upcoming version I've completely reworked most of the VR code including how phone is handled so it should actually be usable now. VR doesn't work very well at all on the currently available versio
Best answer I can give is "soon". I'm currently making passes over parts of the game code to improve it and getting some features to be a bit more user friendly. I want to make sure that this demo is a lot better than the current one. Ive been developing a lot of new features that need to be brought to a playable state

game doesnt work for me keeps instantly crashing b4 it launches my computer isnt the problem its up to date with its updates
I come back to just ask if the new update is still too far from finisher or meaby to far from finishing or meaby is in the middle point.

Try disabling and reenabling VR through the phone or use the batch script mentioned in the devblog to launch in VR

how do i open this in vr ? whenever i load it it just boots up on my monitor idk what im missing
Open the in-game phone and click the VR app.
you can also add -vr as a commandline option to boot the game up in VR.
How do I add that commentline? Where? Do you have a guide?
make a .bat file containing the text:
Momulator.exe -vr
save this to the same folder as the game EXE as .bat file and then double click the .bat file

The VR support in this version is pretty miserable. It's much easier and better in the upcoming one

I rather not join the discord but on Oculus Quest 2 the phone only functions once. One press and wont function no more.
