No one really knows if he will be back because he just disappeared from the interent completely with no warning at all. The last things I know of him being online are from about 1 and a half months ago. A few people have been trying to figure out what happened. Snadow suggested it could be that his account was hacked on yt, but this isn't the case. My best guess is that maybe an accident happened to him but no one knows for sure.
It turns out that one day I played with taro and he told me that it was actually Bowboi but the name was changed so that they didn't recognise him and that's why I thought it was you jajaja
