Is it possible to extract an Android save file and use it in a PC or Mac install of the game? I started playing on my phone and I'm really enjoying the game, but I'd prefer to move it over to my computer and I don't want to lose my progress so far. Any chance or am I SOL?
I can download it but the file that I get can't be opened by anything in my phone. Okay so I extract all the files with RAR. Now what? There's nothing like an .exe file or anything. It's just a pile of files with no obvious way to install and play the game.
theres a download for windows and linux (which seems to be the one you downloaded)
one for android called Lucky Paradox APK (the one you need)
and one for mac
You need to download Lucky Paradox APK that file doesnt need to be extracted or anything it can simply be run on your phone (you might need to enable sideloading or something, but you would be notified about that when trying to run the apk)
Keep trying to install the update on Android keeps failing me. Do I have to reinstall fresh or is it something else? I was running a 603 apk version before not sure if its too old now that could also be it dk. Thank you great story to the game! Hi Stawer, when I read 'Gia's story 50%' it quickly ran down my skin goosebumps but not in a good way; allow me to explain the summary of my thoughts: The fetishes that are not included are, among them and most importantly, NTR. But come to think of it, wouldn't it be NTR if we all know that Gia is Anton's girlfriend? I mean, I, like all of this game's players HATE NTR, because we just feel like trash whenever a girl dumps us for another guy in such a filthy way... Now imagine being in Anton's shoes and (probably cause he's part of the eternal great machine) watching his best and main friend (that he actually gave up his LIFE for US) flirting and doing naughty things with his once girlfriend (knowing that he's had sex with... well almost every girl, including her own sister Prim...) I actually felt bad... I mean, I know it's just a game, but a dude is a dude and thereby aplies the law "ape doesn't kill ape". IRL I respect all of my friends' girls, and I treasure loyalty as one of the most valuable virtues
I LOVED AND LAUGHED SOOOOO MUCH with the Monty Python bridge scene... Good taste of humor! HAHA almost cried out laughing with Prim being the 'dark armless knigt' X
Don't know if this a glitch or not - when the main character unlocks Anton's room, he finds out the truth. Then, towards the end of Sasha and Johan's discussion, the screen ends up white and the game suddenly closes down. This has happened on both the original version and the enhanced edition...
I think its supposed to be the whole "do you believe in second chances" thing; you're getting a second chance. though I dont think it was communicated too well; it just annoyed me because I thought it crashing meant I mightve lost progress
im so sad that my saves were deleted, i know that it needed to happen but tbh im kinda butthurt about it, ill definetly come back to it eventually, but i need a break.
You need an app that can access the game files and take the save files out before you delete or update the game. I'm using "file manager +" to do it cause the new default file manager don't have that feature anymore (some privacy BS rule). You don't really need to take out save file if you're just gonna update, but it's better to get a copy for reasons.
But for other devs that keep changing game systems, it might give some problems and just corrupt the files, and you don't have a choice but to start over.
You needed to start from a new save on the enhanced update because there are many changes and too many issues could occur with old saves. There is an option to start from where you previously left off with the continue button in the main menu. It wouldn’t work at first with the enhanced update because it started fresh. Once you make a save though it will work
Okay... that's still... really annoying, though. I was already at the very end of the last version, and even if the new version is sped up, it's going to be very annoying to have to do everything all over again. Why couldn't you have added an option to skip to where the last version left off, prefaced with a few selection options, to let the game know what (game-changing) choices a player had made in the previous version? Lots of RenPy games do that, especially whenever such a save-conflicting update is made.
The code is different and has different choices with different consequences, compared to the old version.
That solution you propose would only work in a linear game, but in LP you can progress in the order you want, with the girls you want and there are some choices that remain between save games (even if you start a new game, that choice persists). Less than 5% of the total content is mandatory and it would be a titanic job to track all that progress for each player's save game.
However, there is a complete save file (with standard choices) in the discord community, if you don't want to start over.
I love this game. But I'm unsure on how to progress. I'm 250 days in and I've beaten the red and blue dragons now all characters in the social menu just say new events in the future and event are all work in progress. There seems to be no way to progress further in the game.
In the social menu if it says “Work in Progress” then that is all the content for that activity for the current update. If it says “unavailable” then you need to progress the story further to unlock it. If it says “available” then obviously there is content you can do now
I’m a new player, and Yui just stopped showing up in the bedroom and I can’t figure out how to make her come back? I’ve been farming stats so don’t know why she left? Also how do you raise “Appeal”?? Thanks!
A lot of the characters are gone for a couple days to progress their own side of the story The Creator has explanations on what you need to do to advance relationships in the same place where you can check the girls appeal in the top right corner

Most PCs nowadays are all 64, so just open LP

I havent tried, but the save file, for Android, is located internal storage\Android\lucky.paradox\files\saves
could try copying that into the save location on pc; I doubt the dev uses a different save format per platform

I downloaded the windows version and when I run the application a "trackback" opens up on notepad saying,

It's an apk file. Once downloaded you just need to run it and it will install the game

I promise you I downloaded the correct file lol. It says APK however the file shows up on my phone without a ".APK" at the end.
weird, for me its all correct, maybe try to redownload, if that doesnt help either I have no clue what could cause this.

the game for android have a "apk" not zip... also..the game always less than 1.5 gb for android...

I downloaded the android version, I'm using android 11. The file has no file type and when I select it, it says no app I have will open it.

yeah it’s supposed to happen. Just load the most recent auto save (hitting continue should work too) and you should be good.

You might want to go to Prim's bedroom after your shift, Yui is talking to her about helping in the restaurant. After that she should be back.
